Nice and modern apartment in the heart of Lisbon.
Pros:

The apartment was very nice and modern, had all necessary appliances. WiFi was efficient and electronic key system worked well. The bottle of wine and cookies were a lovely gesture.

Cons:

We did not like that the windows in the bedroom are at street level, which means no privacy at all. People can look directly into the unit window when they pass by, making it impossible to leave them open. We had the shades closed the entire stay.
The unit is centrally located and provides easy access to mayor attractions. However, the street it is on is very difficult to access by car, very narrow and steep. It is also the congregation spot for homeless and street vendors. We know the owner has no control over it, but the entrance is very close to several dumpsters and garbage cans, making it smelly and dirty.

Limpeza e conforto das instalações.

Cons:

A localização é boa em termos de proximidade da região central da cidade, perto de tudo, mas deixa a desejar quanto aos arredores e dificuldade de acesso.
Não é possível ficar com as janelas abertas, pois o apartamento é no primeiro andar e as janelas ficam no limite da calçada da rua, não oferecendo privacidade.

Pros:

É muito perto de tudo. Fica a poucos passos da praça do Rossio, estação do Rossio e muitas outras atrações turísticas. As instalações são modernas e confortáveis.

Cons:

O único ponto um pouco negativo é que fica numa esquina um pouco estranha. Dá um pouco de medo, mas você anda alguns metros e chega na parte mais atraente da cidade.

7 gün kaldık ve ekstra yorgan battaniye isteğimiz kabul edilmedi. Ayrıca çalışanı görmesek, muhtemelen havlular da değişmeyecekti. 1-2 kalan için olabilir fakat biz 7 gün kaldık. En az 2 günde 1 otomatik değişmeliydi.

所有東西都超乎想像地好！

住宿所每個細節都想得非常週到。
三晚住宿體驗給滿分。

Cons:

唯一可以挑剔的，就是睡房內的wifi較弱，並經常斷線。但在客廳內就很強，不過都是小問題！

A lokáció kiváló, árban is jó a szállás. Kényelmes, minden volt, amire szükség lehet. Az utcában két nagyon jó étterem is van. Kb a szomszédságban. Legközelebb is visszamennék erre a szállásra.

Cons:

Annak ellenére, hogy lakóövezet, és ki volt írva, hogy legyünk csendesek 10 óra után, szombat este a szomszédoktól nem lehetett aludni. Hajnalig beszélgettek a helyiek a szomszédokban és mulattak. Ami javította volna, ha a lakás elrendezése más, és a nappali nem a belső udvarra néz, hanem a háló van ott. De gondolom ennek építészeti okai vannak, és végülis örülök, hogy jól érezték magukat a kedves szomszédok. :)

It only lacked if cleaning supplies for the bathroom for example bleach. Some minor scratches in the furniture and on some switches would be better if fixed but nothing crazy. Everything was indeed clean and comfortable

WARNING: Critical Security Concern regarding Management Agency (LovelyStay)
Cons:

​While the physical apartment in Lisbon was pleasant, I must issue a grave warning regarding the management agency, LovelyStay, which operates this and many other properties.

​They use a keypad/code access system that is fundamentally compromised. During our subsequent stay with the same agency in Porto, we were robbed while sleeping. An intruder entered the apartment using a set of the agency's physical keys (master keys), which we, as guests, did not even have in our possession. This proves a catastrophic failure in their key management and guest safety protocols.

​LovelyStay failed to take responsibility for the theft of our documents and valuables, offering only a refund for the booking but zero compensation for the security breach.

​I am posting this here because the same management and insecure access protocols are used for this Lisbon property. I have attached redacted parts of the police report and the agency keys that the intruder left in the door during the Porto incident to prove the reality of this threat. Your safety is at risk when staying with this agency. Proceed with extreme caution.
