There is ongoing construction and hammering work taking place within the same hotel building from morning until 8:00 PM every day, creating excessive noise and making it very difficult for us to rest or work peacefully.
We booked this stay expecting a comfortable and quiet environment, but the continuous disturbance has significantly impacted our overall experience.
This situation is unacceptable, and we request your immediate intervention. Please take appropriate measures to minimize the disruption during guest hours or provide a suitable alternative accommodation or compensation.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent.

Overall a wonderful place to stay
