Comfortable and exactly what we had been looking for
Pros:

Great appartment, very stylish, modern, clean and comfortable. One of a kind in Mersing!Located in walkable distance to Mersing Jetty. Stayed here one night to catch the ferry at 7 am. The owner Rina is very friendly and helps if you have any questions.

Cons:

Windows are not sound proof although closed. There was loud noise from the streetnand the restaurant across the house until late at night. Other than that a great modern place to stay.

Only have nice things to say, kids was said the best hotel this holidays (we stayed in 4 others)
Pros:

Lovely place design, layout and furnitures/accessories. Tje vibe is very blunt design. Photographed it for my next house design haha. Host is extremely responsive and helpful!

Exceptional stay, a bit more pricey but worth the money
Pros:

Excellent location with lots of stores and restaurant nearby. Around a 5 minutes walk to Mersing Jetty if you are travelling to Tioman Island. Room is exceptional, huge and includes everything you need. The property manager Rina is also very friendly.

Cons:

Price is a bit steep around the area, but I do not think you can get anything else of this quality.

It was an excellent short stay. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Mersing to stay here.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The place was clean and very welcoming. Very friendly location and near facilities. Food and other amenities were nearby.

Cons:

Just few things for the owner to consider. The windows are not sound-proof and you can hear motorcycles or mat rempits in the middle of the night. No good for light sleeper.
For muslims guests, best that you have the Qiblat sign and also a prayer mat.

Pros:

The studio was beautifully appointed. We really appreciated the excellent air conditioning and the facilities were superb. We only stayed the night but it was perfect for our needs.

An amazing place to stay in Mersing. Almost no hotel had this quality in the town so this is the only option for me 😬😅

I would stay there again, especially given the other accommodation options in Mersing.
Pros:

Nice apartment. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The AC was off when I arrived, so the apartment was boiling hot. It took over an hour to cool off even with the AC in full blast. Also, there were no glasses or silverware, which I found odd. The owner said they were in a drawer under the sink, but none of the lower drawers would open.

Perfecte praktische stop op weg naar Tioman.
Pros:

Ideale stop op weg naar Tioman. Modern, smaakvol en kraakhelder appartement.

Cons:

We verbleven met onze kinderen. Die sliepen comfortabel op een sofabed. Helaas had de eettafel maar 2 stoelen.
