The lif small, my room upon enter..there’s hair in the bathroom..no kiblat direction in the room.. the TV not up to date.. we are wathching netflix nowdays..

Staff at the reception and at the kitchen was excellent with their service .

Cons:

I was unpleassed with one of the towel that has little stain of dirt, the water temperature was fine at first but later the water was not hot enough as it used to be, there was no iron and iron board provided even though i already call the staff to bring one to my room and they never show up .
Staff at restaurant counter need to polish up on her communication with the guest

One of the lift buttons for level 3 malfunction for so long but never repair.
Carpet a bit smelly- after vacuum better
Toilet bowl water pipe nose malfunction- once press water won’t stop even after we release it- need to close the main tap

Book 2 nights because i nak rehat. Turns out to become a total nightmare

1. The AC is not working (tak sejuk). I lodge a complaint to the front desk, the technician came and replace certain parts. However, the room only cool for about 30m. After that, there’s this friction noises coming from the AC machine above the ceiling. Lodge the 2nd complaint, the front desk said the technician will come tonight, tapi tak datang. I meant, i could understand kalau tech tak datang malam tu pon to resolve the issues immedietly tapi at least, inform la customer. Ini i tunggu sampai 12:30am kot. Totally dissaponted with the services.
