Staff very attentive...We were also given an upgrade on arrival, which was good.

Nothing
Just one VERY hot night on the top floor. Room was well appointed but nothing could overcome the heat which spoilt the night. A fan was provided but inadequate for the extreme circumstances.
One night was enough given the heat.

Very relaxed environment. Excellent service from the staff.
I found my breakfast good, the fruit superb. The cooked breakfast not so good, the mushrooms watery and flavourless and the bacon like cardboard.
The bar team led by Henry great and the restaurant food superb so just the breakfast a let down.
Our bathroom had a particularly strange configuration where half of the bath was blocked. There was no air conditioning.
Food was excellent, setting was lovely and everyone was helpful and friendly.
Noisy kitchen extractor just outside the window. Noisy delivery below our window at 5:30am.

Didn’t like the lighting and one of the staff member was quite rude telling us “I’m off duty, speak to one of my colleagues “ - which we thought was quite rude.. That aside we enjoyed our brief stay with you

A country hotel, location best for Tiverton and Knighthayes garden. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good, I like the sausagd the best. The scramble eggs and salmon were slightly too salty for us.
The rooms were in a desperate building and close to the main road, you can hear traffic occasionally. The shower was great, however, the design is too opened without a screen, that makes water splashing to the rest of the bathroom floor. The room is not very big.
Lovely garden. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Would stay again, which is always the best recommendation.
Slightly further out of town than anticipated. Shower was variable heat and basin tap sprayed over us. Lighting could be improved, especially for putting on make up. Some large potholes in car park.

Our room on the 2nd floor was very hot .Staff helpful suppkying 2 fans. The sloping ceiling caused us to bang our heads a few times !! Perhaps a room not suitable for people in their 80 s !!

The room was slightly smaller than I had expected and no cupboards to store clothing.
Staff where amazing from start to.finish polite and nothing g that they wouldnt do to make our stay warming and friendly
