It is hostel standard not hotel

There was mold, hair, and bugs in the room. The mattresses were stained yellow and the bathroom was atrocious. I was afraid of bed bugs as the hotel smelled like socks and sweat. There’s loud booming music underneath at the bar and I woke up two wasps in my room and a slug from the window that wouldn’t shut. Don’t stay here!

There was nothing to like; the room was just bad: a bad bed, a bad bathroom, and the door had no security lock from inside the room. I had to sleep with one eye open. When I entered the hotel, it felt like I was entering a dungeon; there were boxes and things everywhere

It’s dated but it’s going under refurb.
It is located above a bar. I stayed during Saturday night and it was too loud until 2am. If you are looking for a quiet place this is not the one.

Shabby hotel, armoedig. Nu wel bezig kamers prima te renoveren, maar het geheel is zeer onaantrekkelijk.
Het ergste: De keiharde DJ-muziek tot laat in de nacht in de kroeg beneden, op vrijdag- en zaterdagavonden (toen wij er waren). Absoluut vreselijk en onacceptabel.

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata deludente e, a mio avviso, non in linea con gli standard che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura a tre stelle. La camera assegnataci presentava diversi problemi di manutenzione. Nel bagno il rubinetto del lavandino era visibilmente arrugginito e non erogava acqua calda. La doccia aveva il porta soffione danneggiato, lo scarico ostruito, con conseguente ristagno dell'acqua durante l'utilizzo, e sulle piastrelle erano presenti tracce di muffa. Anche il WC risultava danneggiato. L'arredamento della camera appariva piuttosto essenziale e non perfettamente curato: accanto al letto matrimoniale era presente una sola abat-jour, mentre dall'altro lato si vedevano semplicemente i fori lasciati da un elemento mancante. Anche nelle aree comuni abbiamo notato segni evidenti di scarsa manutenzione, in particolare infiltrazioni e muffa sul soffitto del corridoio. Un ulteriore aspetto da considerare è l'assenza dell'ascensore: chi viaggia con bagagli pesanti deve necessariamente utilizzare le scale per raggiungere le camere. Fortunatamente il nostro soggiorno è durato una sola notte.

First impressions were scruffy but when the halls are decorated and finished it will be a gem.

Ze zijn op het moment aan het verbouwen, dus sommige kamer waren heel mooi. Op onze kamer waren echt dingen kapot, zoals waar de douche kop aanhangt, lelijke plekken op de muur. Maar het was voor 2 nachten dus wij hechten daar niet zoveel waarde aan.
Wat wel belangrijk is wij hadden een kamer met raam precies boven het bar gedeelte. Het is echt heel gehorig, dus je moet wel tegen geluid van buiten komen tot in de nacht zeker in het weekend was het feest. (het is een soort geroezemoes maar dan op standje 10)

Excellent

- Die Toiletttenbrille ist lose, so dass man wie auf Glatteis sitzt (NoGo!)
- Nicht ein einziger Handtuchhalter befindet sich im Bad und kein einziger Haken ist vorhanden.(Das ist allerdings fast überall genauso schlecht!)
- Keine Klimaanlage, obwohl es unter dem Dach sehr warm ist
- In der Dusche gibt keine Ablage für die Seife oder Shampoo
- Im Zimmer kaum Ablagen - zu zweit hat man schon sehr zu tun, sein Gepäck zu organisieren.
- Risiko: Es wird einem zwei angeboten, das Gepäck dort beaufsichtigt für eine Weile abzustellen, wenn man aus gecheckt hat, unsere Beobachtung nah war es nahezu immer unbeaufsichtigt, da überhaupt kein Personal zu sehen war.

I was aware that the rooms are above a very loud bar/club. I was on the top floor (good) and had earplugs with me, so was not kept awake.
