Чудовий аквапарк, дитина отримала купу задоволення. Персонал в аквапарку працює на високому рівні. Їжа досить різноманітна, на будь-який смак, смачні свіжі морепродукти, для дітей класне морозиво. Чисто. Інтернет працює чудово. До пляжу 7 хвилин.

Дуже багато російських туристів. Номер для 3 досить маленький. За їжею потрібно стояти в чергах.

Buena ubicación y personal amable, pero por debajo de lo esperado para un 4 estrellas

Nos alojamos una noche con media pensión, viajando con nuestro hijo de 3 años y medio.

Como aspectos positivos, destacaría sobre todo la atención del personal, que fue muy amable en todo momento. Tanto el check-in como el check-out fueron rápidos y sencillos, y la ubicación del hotel nos pareció muy buena.

La zona de piscina y las instalaciones exteriores cuentan con bastante variedad para los niños, algo que se agradece viajando en familia. Sin embargo, el estado general de estas instalaciones es bastante mejorable y se nota que necesitan más mantenimiento y renovación.

Cons:

Las habitaciones fueron uno de los puntos más decepcionantes. Son pequeñas, antiguas y con un equipamiento muy básico. En nuestro caso, únicamente había un minibar bastante antiguo; no había cafetera, hervidor de agua, botellas de agua ni ningún otro detalle de cortesía. Además, al entrar en la habitación había un evidente olor a tabaco.

También nos sorprendieron las amenities del baño: únicamente encontramos cepillos de dientes, sin otros elementos habituales en hoteles de esta categoría, como gorro de ducha, peine u otros productos básicos.

El punto más negativo de nuestra estancia fue, sin duda, el buffet. Hemos estado en numerosos hoteles tipo resort y estamos acostumbrados a utilizar este tipo de servicio, por lo que sabemos lo que se puede esperar de un buffet de hotel. En este caso, tanto la variedad como, especialmente, la calidad de la comida nos parecieron bastante bajas para un establecimiento de 4 estrellas.

De hecho, al llegar teníamos intención de ampliar nuestra reserva de media pensión a pensión completa, pero después de probar el buffet decidimos no hacerlo y comer fuera del hotel.


En conjunto, nuestra sensación fue más cercana a la de un hotel de 3 estrellas. Probablemente, si hubiéramos llegado con esas expectativas, nuestra valoración habría sido diferente, pero tratándose de un hotel anunciado como 4 estrellas esperábamos un nivel bastante superior en habitaciones, equipa

Family vacation with lots of water activities.
Pros:

Aquapark, indoor pool and seaside beach (just 300 meters away) - perfect for those who prefer water activities.
Exceptional dinner and supper menu!!! Every day is different; you always got fish and meat options, with lots of veggies, fruits, pastries and etc... (we had all-inclusive).
Animation group was also great! Aqua dancing activities, different evening programs for kids.
Room cleaning service was very good! Every day we've got a new set of towels.

Cons:

Dirty outdoor area (incl. pools) - this is typically for all South Europe countries.
Same breakfast menu during the whole staying period (week). But this is only for breakfast!
