The most beautiful location with outstanding service
Pros:

Everything! The room, the service, the hospitality, the breakfast the bar, the view from the room ….everything was perfect!

It was wonderful. We met a young lady from Les Roches who is going there to work. :)
Pros:

Loved the view from our room and from the restaurant. We had a marvelous dinner the first night and enjoyed our breakfasts the next 2 mornings.

Great location. Service could be way better.
Pros:

Great location, very pretty. Spa is solid. Pool is solid. Recently renovated - so it’s pretty and well furnished. Breakfast was solid. The porters were very nice.

Cons:

No AC. Flies EVERYWHERE - in your room, on your food, on you - everywhere. Service was that of a three star hotel at best. Shower is tiny and super awkwardly situated to actually shower in it.

Lovely establishment with key drawbacks.
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff hosting the breakfast was superb. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. The common areas are very inviting.

Lovely establishment with some key drawbacks for the price you pay.

We booked a 5 night stay at this hotel well in advance to celebrate a key milestone. We booked what we thought was a premium room only to find out our room was not in the main building and was located on the 1st floor in a separate building. When I raised my concerns we were told the property was sold out and they could only find a room in the main lodge starting on the third night. The next morning we were told a room was available that day and I asked to see the room. The front desk pointed us to the room they were going to transfer us to and I accepted the exchange. We left for a day of hiking and upon our return we were led to a different room, with a less optimal layout and view. This whole process was very disappointing and frankly misleading. Also, usage of the balcony in the new room was limited because there was no sun shade and weeds were growing in the tiles which i would expect a five star establishment to address.

Pros:

Great location. Wonderful views. Great facilities. Very good and helpful staff.

Cons:

A little bit expensive, but that I guess is expected in Switzerland. It was great otherwise.

Fantastisch
Pros:

Uitgebreid ontbijt en lekker eten.Helemaal super als je een tafel aan het raam hebt. Personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam en steeds vriendelijk.
De kamers met zicht op de bergen zijn fantastisch. Wij hadden eerst kamer 27 in het bijgebouw maar verhuisden later naar kamer 205 in het hoofdgebouw vanwege de trappen. Beide kamers waren mooi met mooie badkamers.

Cons:

Afwerking verwarmingselementen in de lobby.
Misschien expliciet vermelden dat de kamers die niet in het hoofdgebouw zijn, bereikt kunnen worden via de vele trappen. Voor sommige mensen was dit zichtbaar moeilijk.

Iconic and unforgettable experience
Pros:

So many things to love about this hotel. The staff, location, views, pool, restaurant & breakfast, fruit bowls around every corner. This was one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had.
