Fantastisch
Pros:

Uitgebreid ontbijt en lekker eten.Helemaal super als je een tafel aan het raam hebt. Personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam en steeds vriendelijk.
De kamers met zicht op de bergen zijn fantastisch. Wij hadden eerst kamer 27 in het bijgebouw maar verhuisden later naar kamer 205 in het hoofdgebouw vanwege de trappen. Beide kamers waren mooi met mooie badkamers.

Cons:

Afwerking verwarmingselementen in de lobby.
Misschien expliciet vermelden dat de kamers die niet in het hoofdgebouw zijn, bereikt kunnen worden via de vele trappen. Voor sommige mensen was dit zichtbaar moeilijk.

Iconic and unforgettable experience
Pros:

So many things to love about this hotel. The staff, location, views, pool, restaurant & breakfast, fruit bowls around every corner. This was one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had.

Decepcionante ...No es un hotel 5 estrellas !!

Desayuno y ubicación muy buenos.
La vista excepcional !!

Cons:

Es un hotel supuestamente de categoría 5 estrellas pero:
1- Pagué 1.500 euros la noche y me enviaron a un segundo edificio distinto y distante del principal donde estaban los restoranes, bares y los salones y además cobran 15 euros por el servicio a la habitación!!
2- La categoría y calidad de la habitación está lejos del precio cobrado!!
3- Reservé traslado desde la estación de trenes hasta el hotel (servicio ofrecido por ellos) y no llegaron después de 30 minutos de espera a buscarme; ¡¡tuve que tomar un taxi cuyo costo no fue reembolsado!!

Uma experiência inesquecível nos Alpes Suíços
Pros:

Este foi, sem dúvida, um dos hotéis mais especiais em que já nos hospedamos. Desde antes da chegada, a experiência já começa de forma impecável: a equipe entrou em contato conosco pelo WhatsApp, respondeu prontamente a todas as dúvidas e organizou nosso traslado a partir da estação de Wengen. Ao chegarmos, havia um carro do hotel nos aguardando, e toda a logística das malas foi cuidada pela equipe com extrema eficiência e cordialidade.

O nível de serviço impressiona. O check-in foi realizado de forma extremamente confortável, sem burocracia, com direito a um welcome drink e uma apresentação das instalações do hotel conduzida pela Helene, que nos recebeu com enorme simpatia e profissionalismo. Da mesma forma, o check-out foi feito remotamente, sem que precisássemos sequer passar pela recepção. O serviço de concierge via WhatsApp funciona de maneira exemplar e faz toda a diferença durante a estadia.

A estrutura do hotel é simplesmente fantástica. Piscinas internas e externas, spa completo, sauna seca, sauna a vapor, áreas de relaxamento, academia, salas de convivência, jogos, bares e restaurantes criam um ambiente que convida o hóspede a desacelerar e aproveitar cada momento. Tudo é impecavelmente limpo, bem conservado e cuidadosamente decorado.

Ficamos no edifício contemporâneo e adoramos a experiência. O quarto era confortável, silencioso e muito bem equipado. A varanda privativa oferecia uma vista absolutamente deslumbrante dos Alpes Suíços, incluindo a região de Lauterbrunnen e suas famosas cachoeiras. É o tipo de paisagem que parece saída de um cartão-postal.

O banheiro era excelente, com ótimo espaço, chuveiro de alta qualidade, roupões confortáveis, chinelos e amenidades muito bem selecionadas. Toda a experiência transmitia uma sensação constante de conforto e cuidado.

O café da manhã merece destaque pela qualidade, variedade e apresentação. O restaurante do hotel também foi excelente.

Cons:

Não identificamos nenhum aspecto negativo relevante durante nossa estadia.

Apenas deixamos uma observação para futuros hóspedes: este é um hotel que merece ser aproveitado. Quem pretende passar o dia inteiro fora fazendo passeios e utilizar o hotel apenas para dormir talvez não aproveite plenamente tudo o que ele oferece. Em nossa opinião, a experiência faz mais sentido para quem consegue reservar alguns momentos da viagem para desfrutar da estrutura, do spa, dos restaurantes e da atmosfera única do local.

The staff is simply lovely. Great and motivated young people always giving their best. Congratulations to them!

The location, views, spa area, all awesome.

Cons:

Thy had an event so they took me out of my room and put me in another building to make place for those in the event. That was not nice, but they refund me that night and didn't charge me on the new room. I would rather have stayed one more night on my room tough.

The breakfast could be a little more elaborated. I stayed 5 days so it became boring. There were a la carte itens being extra charged, which is just not elegant. Just charge more on the daily rate and include those items for instance.
