Lovely time at a great property
Pros:

Amazing stay at a lovely property. They gave us rooms together inside a villa so it had a common door, felt so private and cosy plus with an additional common area inside and outside the villa. They also gave us a really late check out till late evening as we had a night flight which was super helpful with 3 young children. The pool is very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast and lunch buffets were also quite tasty and good value for money. Would’ve loved to stay longer

Read bellow - I would not stay here again and it is definitelly not a 4 star hotel.

Where to start?

1) We reserved a Villa with 2 rooms - well, they do not really have Villas as seemed on the pictures, you have one entrance with 2 rooms and a shared hall, each room needs its own key
2) Second family, we ended up with 2 separate rooms basically, we booked this as it has been shown as I Villa with 2 bedrooms, not that we have to be next door in separate rooms basically. Knowing this, we would never book
3) Internet - a total tragedy
4) 3 out of 4 rooms, which we had smelled like shit, very bad
5) The A/C in one of the rooms was broken, but they did not fix it
6) The water in the pool was quite dirty, you could smell the chlorine, and it hurt your eyes kind of
7) SPA - they declare a SPA - also one of the reasons we booked it - there is no SPA - for that you need to go 10-15 minutes to a SPA itself, not sure why they call themselves a SPA or advertise it, it is absolutely not true

I am not spoiled or anything, but how this is advertised is way away from reality. Definitely not a 4 stars even for Sri Lanka´s standard.

Perfect for a quick stop close to the airport
Pros:

Very comfortable stay close to the airport. Nice swimming pool, lush garden, big family rooms with separate bedrooms, comfy beds and AC, good food in the restaurant. Perfect stop before or after catching a flight.

Cons:

Very high rates for airport pick up and drop off so would highly recommend to book yourself.

Charmantes, kleines Hotel an guter Lage.
Pros:

Die Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Hotelanlage ist sauber und gepflegt.
Das Essen ist hervorragend und das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Beim Swimming Pool wurde leider zu viel Chemie eingesetzt.
