Pros:

Große, gut ausgestattete Suite mit einer guten Lage. Sehr netter Kontakt. Unsere Fragen und Wünsche wurden schnell erfüllt.

Eine zentrale Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und einigen Schwierigkeiten beim Checkin
Pros:

Die Wohnung ist im Großen und Ganzen gut, die Lage ist auch wirklich toll für ein Aufenthalt nicht weit vom Zentrum. Die Wohnung hat sogar eine Waschmaschine.

Cons:

Es gibt einige Mängel - das Geruch aus dem Abfluss in der Küche. Außerdem es gab einige Missverständnisse beim Checkin - es gibt leider keine Rezeption in dem Gebäude und meine Schwester musste warten bis jemand gekommen ist um sie reinzulassen (obwohl ich im Voraus angefragt habe, ob sie früher kommen darf um ihr Gepäck abzustellen). Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer wurde nicht als Schlafplatz vorbereitet: Als ich das angesprochen habe, wurde mir ganz frech geantwortet, dass ich die Wohnung nur für 4 Personen gebucht habe - was völlig falsch war, auf dem Booking Formular stand eindeutig 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Nachdem ich das vorgezeigt habe (die ganze Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp), wurden mir extra Polster und die Decke gebracht. Ich fand es leicht umständlich, dass ich so viel Energie investieren müsste um den 5. Schlafplatz (den ich sicher mitgebucht habe) selber einzurichten.

Отдыхали семьей в этом отеле и остались очень довольны! :) Чисто, уютно, есть все необходимое для проживания. Кухня хорошо укомплектована, что немаловажно при проживании с ребенком. К чистоте и качеству уборки претензий не было. Расположение отеля великолепное. Рядом остановка трамвая, с аэропорта добраться очень просто. Вокруг много магазинов, ходить далеко не нужно. До центра и ворот Адриана пешком минут 5-10. Также у отеля есть своя небольшая парковка, проблем с размещением прокатного авто не было. Хороший администратор Татьяна действительно в отеле присутствует :) Также как и рыжий кот (правда он скорее дымчатый, чем рыжий, но это как по мне :)

Cons:

Это скорее не минус, а особенность горячего водоснабжения с проточными водонагревателями. Достаточно долго приходилось спускать воду, пока начнет течь горячая. Напор не сильно большой. Но главное, что горячая вода есть! Это основное! :)

Very comfortable and clean place.
A little bit noisy from upstairs, but I guess these were other guess for which the property owner cannot be responsible for.

Cons:

Pots/Pans could be in better shape. We also cooked, and it worked out. But a small update would be good, they have a lot of scratches and are bent.

Pros:

Comfortable apartment in good location with easy access to trams and buses. A few restaurants nearby, but only 850m walk to Hadrian's Gate and the start of the old town. Comfortable bed, shutters to block out light, 2 sofas and decent kitchen & bathroom. Easy to check in and friendly staff. Secure access to property through locked front gate.

Уютные апартаменты со всем необходимым. Чистота, которую еще и поддерживают регулярными уборками. Своя парковка, рядом классный рынок. Тихий район, ночью молитв практически не слышно, что было приятной опцией, так как приезжали с маленьким ребенком😌

Хотелът е чудесен - в нова сграда, обзаведен модерно и удобно. Подходящ е и за по-дълъг престой, тъй като има всички удобства. Разположен е на пешеходно разстояние от стария град, в тиха и спокойна уличка. Татяна бе много мила и отзивчива. Много благодарим!

Мы очень рады, что выбрали именно эти апартаменты. Они находятся в очень удобном расположении, рядом есть аптеки, магазины, пекарни - вы точно сможете найти всё самое необходимое. До старого города можно добраться пешком примерно за 10-15 минут. Квартира уютная, чистая, со свежим ремонтом, нам было очень комфортно и приятно находиться. Надеемся вернуться к вам ещё раз)
