Pros:

Good location with lovely lounge and living

Cons:

The rooms very much don't look like the photos, they are basement rooms and the air conditioning is broken in them, very average

Unbeatable Value!
Pros:

Amazing location, 10 minute walk to the gates of Kaleici, for a fraction of the price of any other hotel. The value is incredible; you cannot beat the quality for the money you spend - especially in such a tourist hot spot. It was clean, had a washing machine, had a kitchen, good lighting, good wifi. In my opinion - the sofa bed was great, I am 1.7m tall. The sofa bed was not so good for my friend who is 1.75-1.8m tall, but it's me writing the review and not him. And no complaints from my other friend who slept in the queen bed. Two strong air conditioning units inside the room to beat the Summer heat. The receptionist (and whoever is responding to Whatsapp) was always so helpful and quick to respond to my matters. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Cons:

Limited car parking at the actual venue (3-4 car spots located at the BACK), but there is always plenty of street parking available.
