Everything was fantastic
The draught lager could have been better there are better options in the Algarve but that's a small thing
It was really clean and as soon as you entered through reception it smelled fresh. The reception staff were welcoming and approachable and very friendly. It looked better in real life than in photos so I was pleasantly surprised. The car park is secure and convenient. The shower is strong and roomy
When we checked the bathroom, the towel was not changed by the housekeeper because there was a stain on it, like she looked at it and decided it had not been changed and left it, which she shouldn’t do. It was immediately changed when mentioned and the housekeeper apologised. Also the shower was spitting everywhere when my husband went to have a shower because it was broken. When we reported it to reception, an engineer arrived shortly after and repaired it promptly. Breakfast was ok but fell short, the quality of the stuff was not great, like the juice and mushrooms for example.
Num destino típico de praia o Frigorífico é muito limitado e deixou de se ter acesso ao o móvel multifunção kitchenette (pequena cozinha).
Clean, not too busy round the pool. Nice bar - reasonably priced food and drinks. Spacious rooms. All facilities you need. Extensive choice at breakfast.

o acesso do Parque ao interior do Hotel, devia ter acesso diretamente e não ter que se dar a volta toda para entrar no edifício , e não tem luz, só a luz dos quartos dão alguma luminosidade
