Chambre spacieuse

Très déçu du rapport qualité-prix

Le rapport qualité-prix est, selon moi, totalement injustifié. L’établissement est présenté comme un 4 étoiles, mais les prestations sont loin d’être à la hauteur et correspondent davantage à un 3 étoiles, voire moins sur certains aspects.

L’appartement était partiellement propre et les équipements de cuisine sont vieillissants. Deux ventilateurs/climatiseurs étaient installés sur le balcon, ce qui rendait impossible de profiter de celui-ci ou même de laisser la porte ouverte en raison du bruit important.

La piscine manquait également de propreté. Nous avons demandé qu’un parasol soit installé et que soient retirés des boissons et emballages alimentaires laissés par d’autres clients. Malheureusement, aucun personnel ne semblait être présent en journée pour assurer ce type d’entretien et de service.

Autre problème important : le portail du parking était bloqué, ce qui nous empêchait de sortir directement avec notre voiture. Pour pouvoir récupérer notre véhicule, nous devions passer par la réception, faire tout le tour de l’établissement, entrer puis ressortir afin d’accéder au parking. Une situation particulièrement contraignante. À un moment, nous avons même été obligés de prendre un Uber pour pouvoir nous déplacer.

Au petit-déjeuner, notre table était située juste à côté d’un ventilateur et d’une enceinte, ce qui était particulièrement désagréable. Lorsque nous avons demandé à changer de place, cela nous a été refusé.

Au final, les prix pratiqués ne correspondent absolument pas au niveau des prestations proposées. Pour un établissement affiché 4 étoiles, nous nous attendions à un bien meilleur niveau de service, de propreté et d’équipement.

Une expérience très décevante et un séjour qui ne justifie clairement pas le prix payé.

Quarto bastante espaçoso, confortável e limpo.
Pequeno almoço

Cons:

Acesso do estacionamento ao quarto apenas estava disponível através da porta principal do hotel, existem vários acessos mas não estão abertos, o que nos obrigava a dar uma grande volta até ao quarto.

Я ставлю хорошую оценку отелю исключительно за персонал (особенно кухня). Завтраки ооочень вкусные, есть выбор блюд для каждого гостя, вкусно, много, разнообразно. Спасибо. Уборка- супер, постельное чистое, пахнет, полотенца- приятный запах , чистые. Кровать максимально удобная, шумоизоляция отличная! У нас был поздний заезд(незапланированый)- все прошло отлично, огромное Вам спасибо за понимание ❤️❤️❤️.

Cons:

Не нашла в порядке проживания информацию, но имейте ввиду , что при регистрации вам нужно оставить залог в размере 150 евро( желательно указать это в порядке проживания). В номере есть сейф, но за пользование нужно платить 😉(есть, стоит , но хочешь пользоваться- плати, ну такое....., обычно, это услуга включена в стоимость номера). Указано, что есть сушка - ее не было, сушили одежду на креслах на балконе. Ну все же я ставлю высшую оценку за персонал- умнички- пчёлки трудяжки ❤️

Pros:

The hotel was spotless, immaculate and the cleaners came daily. All the staff especially, the gentleman in the dining room showing us to our seat every morning, were brilliant.
Live music on a Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon was perfect.
The snack food and drink prices were good and not OTT.

Cons:

I would have preferred a pool view hiwever ither than that we liked everything about this beautiful accommodation.

Pros:

La habitación es muy amplia. La zona de la piscina, da el sol desde la mañana hasta las 19h. El personal es muy amable. La ubicación es adecuada, cerca de restaurantes y bares pero a la vez es muy tranquilo.

Cons:

Aunque ya pone que el gimnasio es de pago, me sorprendió ya que en las que he estado estaba incluido este servicio.

La prima Colazione è veramente molto ricca e varia . Personale simpatico e disponibile . Complesso elegante e pulito . Parcheggio ampio a disposizione

Cons:

Non c'è una rete internet capiente . In tutto il periodo non ho potuto usare la wi fi della struttura per assenza di segnale ed ho dovuto fare hot spot col mio telefono personale sul mio pc

La Spa non la abbiamo utilizzata mai , ma ci è parso di capire che i prezzi siano poco incoraggianti
