Hidden Hotel right in Ho Chi Min City
Pros:

The staff Manager was really lovely and kind.
Hotel is set in a very quiet side street tucked away from the busy streets but situated right in the city.Across the road are lovely restaurants.The Hotel it's self is a beautique smaller hotel easily access to sights in HCMC City.
Hotel.Decore comfortable beds and bathroom are of a high standard.This hotel is deliberately built to be a distinct style which sets it apart from the larger Hotels.
We would highly recommend booking this lovely relaxing Hotel.

An ideal stay after exploring the city
Pros:

Good location close to a nightlife ("japanese" coded) quarter for more "bold" tourists, and also next to multiple drugstores and convenience stores.
Clean, spacious and comfortable room with good view.
Welcoming and friendly staff.
Interesting shower design.
Feels modern and slick, yet keeps a japanese-ish style (coming from a European POV).

Excellent Stay - Outstanding Staff

Excellent stay with outstanding staff support

I had a very positive experience at Suzu Hotel. The hotel is well located, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and overall it’s a very pleasant place to stay.

What really stood out, however, was the staff. I had to extend my stay unexpectedly due to a lost passport, and the team handled everything with professionalism and kindness. I was even moved to an upgraded room with a lovely river view.

A special mention goes to Yew, who went above and beyond. She accompanied me to the police station to file a report and followed up repeatedly on my behalf to ensure everything was completed properly. This level of support made a stressful situation much easier to manage.

I would highly recommend this hotel—not just for the quality of the rooms, but for the exceptional service provided by the staff.
