Local was fab!
Pros:

Property wasn’t clean and the basement smells really bad of damp!

Cons:

It was dirty and smelt bad of damp! When you pay nearly £800 for one night you don’t expect this!

Cosy but Crap! Would not recommend
Pros:

The location was ok and the beds were comfortable

Cons:

The apartment is too small for 8 people and was not cleaned well on our arrival.
There was blood on the wall when we arrived, which we had to clean off ourselves.
We also had 1 bath towel between 8 of us, which was addressed on the 2nd day.
4 coffee cups between 8 of us and limited glasses to drink from, for our party.
Toaster damaged and kettle filthy.

The final straw was being locked out of our apartment at 1.30am due to the digital lock not working, until almost 4am as the night staff were sleeping at another of their hotels nearby and not answering our calls or messages!

We have evidence to show these problems...
Dirty room, faulty lock, man attending to let us in at 4am, damaged items and the flith found under the beds.
This is not acceptable! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

10/10, would come back here for a group stay again!
Pros:

Lovely place for a group hen do. Lovely and clean, spacious enough for 7 of us and a bathroom and wc which was nice too with so many of us.

Booking was easy, staff were friendly and answered later in the night when we had an issue with entering, was resolved immediately!

Great place to stay. I’d definitely stay at this property again.
Pros:

A great location. Very clean and tidy.

Cons:

Only small negative was the tv didn’t work. The room was very warm, due to the weather. Although there are fans which do help. Noise from other guests using the courtyard.

Excellent for stag and Hen parties
Pros:

Clean staff were excellent
Close to the city centre
Parking 3min walk away £6 for 24hrs
Could.not complain about anything
Perfect for stag and hen parties if you are staying for the night or weekend and planning on going out around Liverpool
12 of us came for a stag party 4 in each apartment
Went out round Liverpool came back no noise no fuss

Cons:

Nothing at all couldn't complain about anything

Pros:

Absolutely lovely apartment, close to town and very comfortable for all guest!! Great fun in the room with the surround sound and TV's!
Nice and spacious for what we needed.

Cons:

The apartment had empty food wrappers around the upstairs on arrival and the freezer and some leftover food from previous people

Poor accommodation for the money paid.
Pros:

The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The photo's were misleading, I had the impression we were hiring a sizeable room with 4 beds for 4 adults, in reality the room was tiny with one bunk bed and a pull out sofa. The room would have been small for 2 let alone 4 grown men. For the money paid - extremely disappointing.
