The apartment had empty food wrappers around the upstairs on arrival and the freezer and some leftover food from previous people

Nothing at all couldn't complain about anything

The photo's were misleading, I had the impression we were hiring a sizeable room with 4 beds for 4 adults, in reality the room was tiny with one bunk bed and a pull out sofa. The room would have been small for 2 let alone 4 grown men. For the money paid - extremely disappointing.

No cupboard space or wardrobes and the upper level was the attic and we all kept banging our heads and back off the beams.
There is only 1 shower for up to 12 people but 2 toilets.

Tiny accommodation, lack of wash facilities for 14 people, No storage space for everyone. Even though I reported damages they took deposit well what was needed without a word. Woken up by early morning firealarms that ruined everyone's sleep.

Very small for 13 people very squashed up bathrooms awful

Al nostro arrivo, all’orario concordato con la struttura (in pieno giorno, non certo di notte), non c’era nessuno ad aprirci nonostante la conferma ricevuta. Siamo stati quindi costretti ad attendere per poter entrare. Quello che viene presentato come “appartamento” è in realtà una singola stanza venduta per quattro persone: in tre eravamo già strettissimi. Una volta aperto il divano letto, la porta viene completamente bloccata e non è più possibile accedere né utilizzare la cucina. La pulizia era del tutto insufficiente: le lenzuola non erano state cambiate, erano macchiate e presentavano peli; i muri avevano evidenti macchie. Il bagno, minuscolo, aveva il lavandino posizionato sopra il water e non era possibile spegnere la luce. I dispenser della doccia erano completamente vuoti, mentre il sapone del lavandino risultava annacquato. Struttura totalmente da evitare, soprattutto considerando il prezzo, assolutamente sproporzionato rispetto alla qualità offerta.

One shower and only two toilets was a nightmare for 11 men but good value for money.

The room was dirty in areas , especially the kitchen sink where there was a dirty dish scrubber and something in the sink . Fire alarm started going off at 750 am . We checked all the apartments , but could not find any reason for them to go off . Couldn’t get in touch with owner to get it switched off . Left the apartment early . Also the room heater is very low to the floor . It’s burning the linoleum and I was worried to put the heater on .

Absolutely everything! The place is a joke! Absolute filth dirt and blood everywhere! Mould growing, limescale in every place possible, pictures do no way reflect the property. Booking.com were useless in pursuing the owners also! So here’s the real pictures not what booking.com show!

Toilets were in tight spaces

our room wasn’t the cleanest. It had a white stain on one of the bunk beds and when searching for my makeup wipes i discovered smartwhips and alcohol bottles left underneath the bench in the bedroom left over from what im guessing was the previous guests!
