Personal excel·lent, però habitació justa i preu excessiu pel que ofereix.
Pros:

El millor de l'hotel és el personal, molt atent, amable i de tracte excel·lent en tot moment.

Cons:

L'habitació és petita i justa per a tres persones quan s'hi afegeix el sofà llit per a la nena, i hi falta espai per guardar les coses. Els matalassos són durs i els coixins, tot i haver-hi dos tipus, també són bastant durs. Considero que el preu és massa elevat pel que s'ofereix en comparació amb altres opcions a Albània; tot i estar bé perquè bo deixa de ser un hotel de 5 estrelles, no tornaria a pagar aquests diners 821€ per 3 nits.
Ah, i a la platja hi havia favoritismes segons clients, ja que n’hi havia que els guardaven les tumbones i parasols i la canalla també agafava el pàdel surf o la canoa sense pagar i a nosaltres ens varen fer pagar 10€.

A relaxing stay in a beautiful location, which we are recommending to all our friends and family
Pros:

The property is in a beautiful, quiet location. The hotel gives understated luxury vibes and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. We were travelling with our 4 year old daughter and they couldn’t have done enough for us/her. I highly recommend!

Would definitely be the best gym that we’ve used on holidays with fully equipped technogym equipment.

Cons:

As we are a couple the only thing we didn’t like would be that there are lots of children but this is not an adult only hotel and was expected

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is very family-friendly, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was always clean and well maintained, and we loved both the pool and the beach. Everything was well organized, and we felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!
