Bad experience
Pros:

Only the location was okay. Near Metro.
Family Room size was big.
The reception person was courteous and stored my luggage till evening.

Cons:

There is no maintenance. For 13K this is a scam. The property was very dirty, seemed shady and the taps in the shower not working! The furniture in the room was dusty.
No iron or room fridge.
The lift was very small and the whole experience is bad. Overall the propery is in the 1-2k segment.
Why Google or Booking.com gave a good review, I can't understand.
The legend inn above 3rd wave cafe seemed a better place.

We did not end up checking in or staying at this hotel. On arrival, we were shown a double room before checking in and it looked nothing like the photos on booking.com. There was a horrible smell in the room and it was so damp that there was green mould on the wall. When questioning the staff on why the photos online look so different to the actual room, they stated that only photos of their suites are put up online and none of any standard or double rooms.
We refused to check in, as this was sold and booked with false information.
