Bad washroom condition, WC flush not proper, cover opened and water continuously dropping. Rats are moving above pvc ceiling. Tv not starting, AC cooling not proper. Room service bad.

Horrible toilet pot and underside of the rim. Leaky boiler. Hair on bed. Smokey smell all over.
