Es war sehr klein und eng, sehr heiss und schlecht belüftet. Die Storen liessen sich nicht vollständig schliessen, so dass die Hitze einströmte

Geen aanwezige medewerkers, alleen via video scherm, beetje raar. Wel heel vriendelijk waren ze via het scherm.
wc spoelde na 1 keer niet door; toen kregen we een andere kamer: helaas aan straatkant: veel herrie van de straat.
Bovendien vielen er onder het bed latten uit. En we moesten behoorlijk veel bijbetalen omdat we een dag hadden omgeboekt : niet echt klantvriendelijk

Rooms were clean.

Cons:

No one on reception. Went to tell staff about the curtain being down in our room. They just shrugged their shoulders and said nothing they could do. Room’s incredibly hot, there was a fan but it just wasn’t strong enough. Spoke to someone in the restaurant about getting some hot water, asked to speak properly 3 times before saying no. So incredibly rude.
