Not good value for money.
Pros:

The rooms were well furnished and comfortable. There was a very helpful man in the foyer in the morning. Good activities for children. Great golf!

Cons:

Everything was much more expensive than I felt it was worth. The buffet in the evening in particular. Conditioner would have been appreciated in the shower.

It was ok. A 4 star hotel trying to be 5 star but with 2 star staff and service
Pros:

Facilities were good
Waitress on Monday night very nice.
Waiters in main lobby bar very nice.
Checkin staff amazing

Cons:

Some of the staff.
Young bar man on Sunday night very rude, kept calling me mate.
The security at the door throughout the day very intimidating, never greet and looks at us like we shoplifters.
No room cleaning. On the phone restaurant staff don’t speak very nicely.

Pros:

Had a lot of facilities but the swimming pool was closed today on Sunday so my children were unable to use the child pool . The fan in the room didnt go at high speed so we were roasting at night time. And charged over £5 for milk for my SEN child was ridiculous .

Cons:

One lifeguard on Saturday was very unpleasant.

Cons:

Disjointed,stayed in Brabazon and it’s not joined to the main resort area,nuisance having to walk for breakfast and then walk back to checkout.
