The location is perfect in my opinion (if you don't mind climbing the hill each day): you can hardly find much quieter streets close to the city center.
The staff was very kind: we actually got a better room than the one we booked as there was availability (though see the downsides section regarding the "better" room; but we appreciated the gesture).
First of all, the facilities for the hotel are rather overstated on booking.com:
- Soundproofing: non-existent, I could hear everything that happened on the street and noises from within the hotel, as well. Luckily, it was generally a quiet street and the muezzin was also a bit further away, so it was not terrible. Those who cannot sleep with noise would probably find it very irritating.
- SPA & wellness facilities: it was under reconsideration or whatever, it was not available
- Bathroom amenities: there is a nice list of amenities, but in fact there was a single soap (it was surely shampoo, conditioner, and maybe even tooth paste at the same time). We even had to ask for toilet paper when it ran out. The bathroom was generally in a state that could tolerate some upgrades.
There are no blinds on the windows and the curtains do not block the light perfectly. Furthermore, there was a motion-lamp in the street right above our window which activated upon any motion in the street. We had to put extra blankets on the windows as we could not sleep with the all-night blinking.
The breakfast was okay but by no means excellent. Not buffet style, a single plate served. The food served was not of impressive quality. Getting (almost) the same plate every morning is not too interesting. It sounds so easy to have two or three variants.
To sum up, the property looked better on booking.com than in reality, thus, it was a bit of a disappointment. I have already stayed at considerably better places in the same price range in Istanbul.

O mizerie de nedescris. Nu are nici o legătură realitatea cu pozele. Ți se lipesc tălpile la papuci de ce jeg este.
Terasa nu poate fi folosita la cât jeg este
Spa e transformat în depozitare tot felul de materiale și gunoaie.
Înțeleg că poate să li se para lor normal, specific unei culturi anumită stare față de curățenie, dar totuși.
Atenție unde mâncați!
Mic dejun absolut oribil: toate zilele am avut curaj să mănânc doar măsline și fii de portocale tăiate, dar unele zile nici feliile de portocale nu puteau fi mâncate pentru că erau oxidate, probabil rămase din zilele anterioare. Absolut nu se poate mânca sau nu poți risca să mănânci. Legumele oxidate, o mica tarta în fiecare zi uleioasa și învechită, adică mereu erau fix aceleași lucruri la mic dejun.
O mizerie de nedescris pentru că o vedeți în poze.
Pe langa pat erau șervețele, fire multe de par, inclusiv pe prosoape. Geamul nu putea fi deschis din cauza mizeriei de la fereastră (vedeți poze).
Frigiderul, vedeți poză, nu am avut curaj să l.foloesc, nici nu am avut curaj să îl deschid la cum arată.
Internetul nu merge sau merge atâta de prost că nu l poți folosi.

Angajati/manageri au fost super de treaba, paturile confortabile, lenjeria de pat curata, zona de relaxare in curte , sala de mese, cu bun gust, calitate pret ok.Amplasare ok foarte primitori,
Mic dejun inclus in pret era același in fiecare zi, cameristele nu dezinfectau , nu faceau curatenie , intrau doar sa schimbe cosurile de gunoi , prosoapele folosite au fost puse frumos pe raft desi noi le lasasem in locul de colectare,,a trebuit sa chem managerul sa ai arat" curatenia facuta" , desi am lasat tips..parchetul cam vechi si baile cam tot asa...Sub paturi praful de 2 cm.Spa-ul era inchis, desi era inclus in prețul rezervarii nu l-am folosit..
