Das Personal war sehr engagiert und sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Die Zimmern haben eine tolle Größe sind sauber, der poolbereich ist schön angelegt man kann auch Tischtennis spielen.

Cons:

Der Föhn im Zimmer ist Recht schwach, wen man 2 Mädls mit langen Haaren mit hat, sollte man sich auch einen Fön mitnehmen .

Helaas was onze ervaring met dit hotel erg teleurstellend. De faciliteiten zijn uitstekend en het hotel zelf is mooi, maar de service doet absoluut geen recht aan een 4-sterrenhotel.

Bij aankomst werd ons verteld dat een strandbedje met parasol €15 tot €20 per dag kostte en dat reserveren niet mogelijk was. De avond voordat we naar het strand wilden, kregen we opnieuw te horen dat reserveren niet kon. De volgende ochtend bleek ineens dat een bedje €25 per dag kostte en dat de prijs van €15 alleen gold als je direct voor de hele week reserveerde. Dit voelde erg misleidend. We hebben dit bij het hotel aangekaart, maar daar is nooit inhoudelijk op gereageerd.

Daarnaast hebben we vooraf gevraagd of we onze elektrische auto konden opladen en hiervoor een aparte factuur konden krijgen. Dat zou volgens de receptie geen probleem zijn. Bij het uitchecken bleek dit ineens niet mogelijk. Er kon geen aparte factuur worden verstrekt en zelfs geen specificatie van hoe het bedrag voor het laden was opgebouwd.

Alsof dat nog niet genoeg was, stonden er bij het uitchecken ook nog strandbedjes van €15 per dag op onze rekening, terwijl we daar helemaal geen gebruik van hadden gemaakt. We moesten hier zelf op wijzen voordat deze kosten werden verwijderd. Dat we onze eigen rekening moesten controleren op onterechte kosten geeft weinig vertrouwen.

De communicatie was gedurende het hele verblijf onduidelijk en tegenstrijdig. Dat is jammer, want de faciliteiten van het hotel zijn echt goed. Door de slechte service en de manier waarop met gasten wordt omgegaan, zouden wij dit hotel echter niet aanbevelen en vinden wij het serviceniveau absoluut geen 4 sterren waard.

Solides Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Gute Lage, sehr nettes Personal, großes und gutes Frühstücksbuffet, reservierte Strandliegen, Parkplatz direkt hinter Hotel, gute Erreichbarkeit

Das freundliche Personal

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht wirklich lecker. Stromausfall gehabt sollte in einem Hotel nicht wirklich vorkommen. Klima Gerät hat am letzten Tag nicht funktioniert. Und liegen und Parkplatz ist auch extra zu bezahlen ist irgendwie mühsam wenn man für alles extra noch Geld bezahlen muss und irgendwie schade. Im großen und ganzen war es okay würde ich trotzdem nicht mehr buchen.

The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide selection of delicious options. There was something for everyone, and the quality was excellent.

Cons:

We had a very good time overall; however, we do have a few comments.

The hotel has a gym, but it is frustrating that half of the equipment is not working (2 out of 4 machines). This is particularly inconvenient because many guests came into the small gym and were unable to use the equipment. This suggests that there is genuine demand for a properly equipped fitness facility.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the availability of a gym where we could work out. Another issue is that there are no dumbbells available. Since this would only require a relatively small investment, it is difficult for me to understand why the management has not addressed this and purchased some.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, but these improvements would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Pros:

Great location, right next to the beach, very friendly staff in the restaurant.

Cons:

Cleaness, housekeeping, lack of warm water only when we wanted to take a shower.
