A 10 min de isla mágica y a 5min de la alameda de hercules. Muy limpio y con parking.

Alojamiento nuevo y agradable, pero un poco alejado del centro para ir andando.
Pros:

Que estaba muy nuevo y limpio. Tenía grandes armarios y camas cómodas.
Tuvimos problemas con la clave de la habitación y lo solucionaron rápidamente por whatsapp.
Tiene aparcamiento incluido.

Cons:

Que estaba más lejos del centro de lo que yo pensaba, a media hora andando al menos.
Que parte de las habitaciones dan a un patio interior al que tiene salida el alojamiento del bajo. Si salen a fumar, hablan, o hacen ruido en el patio, se escucha en los dormitorios.

Todo bien. El parking en el mismo edificio es un plus pese a que la entrada es en un ascensor de vehículos. Mejor con coche menor de 4,5 metros de largo.

Cumpriu perfeitamente o que necessitavamos para uma paragem rapida em Sevilha.
Pros:

A localização e a forma de aceder à habitação e à garagem. A comunicação atempada enviada com todas as informações necessárias. O espaço amplo da habitação e todas as comonidades necessárias.

Cons:

Necessita de alguma manutenção (o ralo de um dos duches estava completamente entupido) e a limpeza podia ser melhor.

Appartamento a pianoterra molto ben organizzato e perfettamente funzionale. Dotato di ogni comfort. Grazie dell acqua necessaria in questi giorni di caldo torrido!,Effetto "come a casa" garantito. Posizione comoda e vicina a fermata del bus ottima per raggiungere velocemente ogni parte della città. Parcheggio sotterraneo stretto ma molto pratico.

Appartement met mooi terras
Pros:

Mooie grote terras voor ontbijt en avond ( overdag in volle zon) en ruime woonkamer, prima ingerichte keuken. Goed bereikbaar service dienst.

Cons:

We hebben gekozen voor dit appartement voor het terras. Maar eerst op de site in hetzelfde gebouw een appartement met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers wilden reserveren voor 4 personen. Op de website te onduidelijk dat het 3 kamer appartement slechts 1 badkamer met daarin het enige toilet had. De douche had afwateringsprobleem: als je het water in de douche normaal aanzet, stroomde het water tot buiten de badkamer. Dit kreeg men in het weekend niet opgelost.
Het appartement is redelijk ver van bezienswaardigheden. Taxi retour is goedkoop. Parkeergarage is krap.
