Pros:

The room was good. Staff were very good. I left something in the room and the staff retrieved it for someone to pick up.

Cons:

Poor signage to say The Space was at this site. Bar was still waiting for a licence.

Good option for visiting St. Andrew’s. Not quite the same as a hotel in terms of service but a very good alternative.
Pros:

Lots of space and comfortable, clean rooms. Nice to have a kitchenette space.

Cons:

Long distance to the rooms - 2 buildings and lots of long hallways to get to the rooms. Space in the room was good - lots of places to sit and store stuff. shower was nice, could use some conditioner in addition to shampoo.

Hotel nuevo, tranquilo y luminoso
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la tranquilidad del hotel, la luminosidad de la habitación y que todas las instalaciones eran nuevas y estaban muy bien cuidadas. También destacaría la amabilidad y la atención del personal, que hicieron que la estancia fuera aún más agradable.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue la cama. Aunque la habitación era para dos personas, resultó demasiado pequeña y poco cómoda para compartir. Creo que este es un aspecto que deberían mejorar.
También destacaría el desayuno como un punto mejorable. La oferta era correcta, pero eché en falta más variedad de opciones saludables, como yogures naturales o tipo skyr, así como una selección más amplia de fruta fresca. Más allá del plátano y la manzana, sería interesante incluir otras frutas para ofrecer una propuesta más completa y equilibrada.

Excellent facilities in the 2-bed appartment, but some teething problems to be solved.
Pros:

The facilities are tremendous, the Social eatery was very impressive, the personnel were very helpful.

Cons:

The Booking.com confirmation stated that the room had a microwave, but this was not true. The small things that allow you to cook and clean in the appt were not present, e.g. tea towel, waste bin, coat hangers, Also the electronic room key caused us problems which forced us to change rooms at 9pm on our last evening.

Don’t waste your money
Pros:

Bed & pillows comfortable, aircon good.

Cons:

Linen was poor, bath towels cheap rubbish linting everywhere especially on a wet body fresh out of the shower. Breakfast hot buffet exceptionally bad! Wouldn’t even consider feeding to our pets. Cold buffet, small and poor selection. Premier Inn are 5 star compared to this insulting offering. The chef obviously has zero respect for food and consequently guests. Despite advertising flyers promoting cocktails in the bar, it has no licence for alcohol! Check in reception is a long distance from car parking so luggage hauling is a real pain, and no one from this establishment is there to assist. This is simply put, a Uni student quarters masquerading as an expensive upmarket aparthotel. Don’t be fooled, you will be sorely disappointed.

Pros:

Good location only 15 minutes walk into town. Free car parking. Very clean apartment. Great set up for adults and kids with adjoining rooms and then communal kitchen/lounge area. Also great having 2 bathrooms.

Cons:

Could have done with an instruction folder covering air con, patio doors (alarm kept going off) etc.
First night we were disturbed in the early hours by a large group who were staying in the accommodation. We complained the next morning and were then given a phone number of the night security - this should be given out when checking in or in the information folder.
Second night was very quiet and we had a good night's sleep.

Leider war die angekündigte Verpflegungshalle noch nicht fertig gestellt, aber der Mini-Markt hatte alles für das notwendigste bereit.

Cons:

Im in der Dusche war der Ablauf verstopft, was das Bad überschwemmte, trotz der Versuche mögliche Ursachen zu finden und zu beseitigen scheiterten.

Un posto tranquillo e accogliente

La stanza funzionale, il letto comodo anche se piccolo; il bagno con quello che serve (mensole, porta asciugamani, sapone liquido. Zona cucina attrezzata per la colazione. Molto tranquillo e silenzioso.
