Pros:

The room was clean and larger than expected. We were on ground floor so the bench and table for sitting outside also was an added bonus.

Short but sweet.
Pros:

Clean and updated. Room was very spacious and set up very well for multiple night stays. Bathroom was fantastic.

Slight teething problems as a new property. Had not been completely checked following completion by the builders. No hand soap in room.

Always a good stay
Pros:

Great place to stay with free parking, rooms spotless. 2nd time we have stayed now.

Cons:

Had to ask to get rooms made up and clean towels.

We were only using it as a place to stay after a wedding and it was perfect for that

Fine for one night
Pros:

Showers are great and there are two separate bathrooms in the two bedroom apartment which is great for couples. Check in is easy and the walk to town is only around 25 minutes.

Cons:

The property advertises fully equipped kitchens which is not accurate. For a two bedroom apartment, we were given a a box of cooking equipment which only included a small pot and no pan. We were told there was no pan when we asked for one, and there is also no toaster so our breakfast food we had purchased to cook went to waste. Would not recommend for a long stay if you want to cook as you practically can’t cook anything with what you are given.

Pros:

All very smart and new and clean. Bed very comfortable. All the facilities I needed. The staff were friendly. Good value for St Andrews.

Cons:

I would have liked to be able to buy breakfast. It’s also about 25 minutes’ walk from the town. Though on a nice sunny morning I took the longer route by the sea and that was very lovely.

Good value just a short walk into town
Pros:

Great place for an overnight visit to St Andrews, great size room, clean and modern

Cons:

The drain in the shower was completely blocked, but the receptionist said she would get maintenance to look into it

Lage ok, Ausstattung (Gemeinschaftsbereich) super, nette Leute

Cons:

Wohnung im EG (Leute gehen direkt neben dem bodentiefen Fenster vorbei. Man kann nicht von beiden Seiten ans Bett (es stand direkt zum Fenster abschließend), Sauberkeit müsste verbessert werden und was ganz seltsam war: der Geruch des Bettes :-(

Very comfortable, just what I needed.
Pros:

Very comfortable, great that there is a laundromat and a shared living area.
It is in a quiet neighbourhood
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was only cleaned once in my 10 day stay, and there were no brooms/mops/etc for me to clean. I was promised a mid-stay cleaning, but had to ask a few times before that happened.
