Bonito el hotel y confortable

Cuando llegamos no supieron decir la hora del desayuno cuando le consultamos al guarda y a las 9:07 am cuando fuimos a la recepción, nos dijeron que el desayuno era hasta las 9 am, por lo que no nos lo dieron y fue uno de los requisitos que solicitamos, tuvimos que ir afuera a desayunar. En la noche del día anterior no nos supieron explicar lo de la llave digital y no pudimos cerrar la puerta para ir a cenar afuera, luego nos dijeron que el guarda no era el oficial y que por eso no sabía, él llamo a alguien para preguntarle y lo que dijo fue que explicaremos eso en la recepción e irnos sin cerrar la habitación, para que luego al otro día nos pasara lo del desayuno. Me parecen deberían poner personas que sepan bien las cosas o explicarle bien a la persona que pongan a recibir a las personas. Por lo demás estuvo bien, gracias

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal und nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es ein italienisches Restaurant. Dieses ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch der Inder ist empfehlenswert.

Pros:

Beautiful and very well kept amenities. Great pool with comfy sunbeds, nice room! Our best stay so for far during our 4 week CR trip.

The only thing I could mention, - a little more variety for breakfast could be an asset.

The staff ensured that our wheelchair was able to access the room. They noted the request on booking and moved us from second floor to main floor. The pool will soon be wheelchair accessible as the ramp was being built while we were there.

Great place but check on construction.
Pros:

Nice staff, well designed rooms, very clean, nice pool. great location- easy walk to beach, mini markets and restaurants

Cons:

CONSTRUCTION, CONSTRUCTION, CONSTRUCTION. Two locations, both front and rear of property, there was no avoiding it.

We booked a 2 bedroom villa and they put us in a tiny dirty room with 2 small beds we could barely walk between.

This hotel is a very good choice, and value, in the region. The new owners are improving it a lot.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Fruit was always fresh. Rice with beans (the traditional) was tasty. The landscaping of the property is beautiful and was what motivated me to go there. A small refrigerator to store food and beverages was great to have. There was plenty of closet and drawer storage.

Cons:

Consistency in table setting such as availability of napkins. Scrambled eggs were often dry. There was no variability in the offerings, but I find this understandable for the operation they're running at this time.
Water pressure in the shower was about medium. Some kind of drying rack for wet beachwear would be great to add to the room. A small microwave would be a nice addition to complement the fridge.

Nice place but misleading description
Pros:

Swimming pool. Friendly staff, lovely gardens, nearby beach, a few shops and restaurants within a 5mn drive.

Cons:

The description of a Superior Villa is incorrect: "This villa comes with 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom ".
The villa consists of a single bedroom and bathroom, THERE IS NO LIVING ROOM. Furthermore, we reported this to reception and it was confirmed to us that upon discussion with their manager, this description in Booking.com had been updated. This was obviously a lie!
The state of the toilets in the breakfast area left a lot to be desired ...
A coffee maker with two cups in the room, that's it. How about two spoons or stirrers? There is basic and basic ... This was disappointing compared to all the other places (9 in 3 weeks) we stayed at for a similar price
