Muy top.
Pros:

El observatorio de aves.

Cons:

El baño de nuestra habitación era horrible, no tenía luz. Nos hicieron un upgrade de la habitación y era una enorme para solo dos, y el baño no tenía luz sin entender todo. Aún así dormimos increíblemente bien.

Pros:

Está en un lugar privilegiado para ver aves. Vimos 2 especies de tucanes en el mismo hotel y más de 12 especies de aves. En una tarde en el hotel vimos más aves exóticas que en el tour de aves.

Cons:

No destaco nada negativo.

Perfecto para visitar La Fortuna!
Pros:

La proximidad a todo, y los servicios de excursiones que ofrecer. El restaurante tiene buena comida, los desayunos son espectaculares. Las habitaciones son amplias, las vistas son estupendas y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Cuando llueve hace mucho ruido en el techo y los aires acondicionados también, por lo que nos costó dormir a pesar que de las camas son muy cómodas.

Pros:

The staff here are so helpful, kind, and friendly, and they upgraded us to a huge room with a living room and small kitchen. On clear days, there's a great view of the volcano right from the property. Loved all the extra touches (a pool table, gardens with birds and flowers, board games, a small pool for a dip, wifi, AC). Book excursions and transport at a great discount here (the best prices I saw after a lot of research!). Well located near the city centre and shops/restaurants. Loved our stay!

Good place to stay and enjoy La Fortuna!
Pros:

Perfect location walking distance to town center, the breakfast was good and Fabian was an excellent and friendly waiter. Staff in general were nice and helpful!!!

Tot perfecte. Ens van sol.lucionar tot el que vam necessitar en tot moment. Un dels de personal ens van fer ruta X veure animals en els jardins del hotel.

Vacaciones en familia en un lugar agradable
Pros:

Nos hicieron un upgrade de habilitación sin costo alguno, ademas el trato desde el inicio de Don José y el staff fue excelente ademas del desayuno con muy buena calidad.
El lugar super limpio y cómodo con una buena ubicación cerca de todo. Super recomendable
Si eres turista y te preocupa algo este hotel te da atracciones en la zona a buen precio y con transporte incluido, a bien precio.

Pros:

Es un hotel con todas las prestaciones y cómodo. El personal es muy atento y la ubicación está bien para poder ir andando a pasear por La Fortuna. También tiene unas zonas para ver aves y ver el volcán (si se ve por las nubes). Está bien.

Cons:

Es bastante antiguo y necesita una buena reforma pero es cómodo para estar un par de días.

Pros:

Ubicación, el personal es muy amable. Amanecimos con la rueda pinchada y nos ayudaron cambiaron al momento. La habitación es muy grande con muy buenas vistas.
