Might be a decent hotel in 12 months time !

Cons:

What a disappointing overpriced place. We paid over £300 for room only, but discovered when we got there that not only is the hotel still under construction/renovation, but also the ‘lovely’ park outside it too! (if you look closely at the rather deceptive pictures of the hotels ‘views’ on the website, you will see the building site beginning just to the edge of the shot). It’s a good location and the staff were lovely, but I’d wait a year until they’ve finished renovating inside and out!

Pros:

Well appointed ,spacious comfortable.
Close to amenities ,shops and beach and airport

Cons:

The hotel was undergoing renovations which impacted on the entrance feel etc but i'm sure will add value when complete

Hotel muy justo. Buena ubicación pero poco mas
Pros:

Cercanía al centro y a la playa. Aunque la playa es de piedras, muy incómoda, no hay quien clave una sombrilla y luego hay que sentarse en esos guijarros: terrible.

Cons:

No dispone de ningún servicio: ni gym, ni piscina. Lo venden como un cuatro estrellas, cuando llegas allí es un tres. Con lo caro que es!

Pros:

A comfortable and well-located property with clean and tidy rooms. The staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

Cons:

While we enjoyed our stay, we felt that the overall value for money was a little difficult to justify. The room felt quite small for the price, especially considering that you are paying a significant premium compared to similar accommodation in other locations. The room facilities were also quite limited. For example, we would have appreciated having a mini fridge available.

As we were travelling with our dog, we also felt that the additional pet fee could offer more value. In many places, this fee includes thoughtful extras such as dog bowls, a bed, or a small welcome treat, which were not provided here.

The breakfast and coffee were also areas where there is room for improvement, as they did not quite match the overall standard we expected from the property, given the price.

Parking is a nightmare in Nice. No parking options at the hotel and no porter service. For the price we expected this especially given that you have to walk far in the heat with your luggage.

Comfortable one night stay!
Pros:

Rooms are newly re-firbished. Contemporary fit out which is visually appealing. Reception is simple, clean and efficient. Great location to market, shops, beach. Loved that you could re-fil water anytime on each floor.

Cons:

The property was being re-furnished still, so not completed.
