Beautiful mountain spot with amazing food
Pros:

Cogne is an amazing location in the mountains, and Bellevue was a perfect place to stay to enjoy its walks and the surrounding scenery. Great staff, amazing food and a beautiful authentic mountain lodge style and feel

Every details was nice, itโ€™s a unique stay

Cons:

The timings of the spa wasnโ€™t enough . Like opening time in the morning 10 for some rooms to open .

Pros:

The staff was exellent.
The hotels surroundings are immersed in nature.
The breakfast is delicious.

Cons:

The room we received was described as street -facing.
While it does face the street,
there is a parking lot for hotel guests between the room and the street,where about 10 cars were parked.
Additionally, when we sat on the balcony, we heard constant noise. It turns out we were just a few meters away from the kitchen exhust turbines.
I recommend that anyone booking here verifies they are not assigned this specific room.

The view and surroundings are very beautiful and the breakfast is of a very high standard.

Cons:

They put us in one of the back buildings of the hotel where the restaurant is. And that made the passages inside the hotel a bit complicated. From breakfast to the room or to the spa, etc. A bit of a maze feeling since not everything is in the same building.
