Nettes kleines Hotel mit Pool & eigenem Parkplatz für eine Nacht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Nettes kleines Hotel in der Nähe zu den Ruinen von Chitzen Itza mit gepflegten Pool und eigenem Parkplatz. Cafe und Gebäck zum Frühstück kostenlos - haben wir leider verpasst. Ein Oxxo-Laden ist gleich nebenan. Für eine Nacht absolut o.k.

Der Abfluss im Bad hat gerochen.

Very nice hotel with an outstanding atmosphere
Pros:

Nice little oasis with a pool and a nice garden. Outstanding atmosphere, close to airport. Standard of rooms is for this type/class of hotels outstanding - higher than normally in Mexico!

Fijne plek voor stop Chitzen Itze
Pros:

Kleinschalig en behulpzaam personeel.
Een supermarktje Oxxo zit ernaast dus handig. Ligt op 5 min rijden van Chitzen Itze. Bij de receptie een koelkast die je kan gebruiken.

Cons:

Het ligt langs een drukke weg maar eenmaal bij de kamers heb je daar geen last van.

A perfect place to stay to see Chichen Itza
Pros:

Everything: a beautiful place to stay overnight for an early morning trip to the ruins. They have a 12:00 noon check out so you can explore the ruins from 8:00 am onwards and return to your room before check out. I has modern furnishings, bathrooms, and pool plus AC. Coffee and cake/croissants are supplied for an early morning get away. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Super quiet place. A must staying
Pros:

I love the staff, the area very quiet and very private. Everything is very close. The cleanest place you will find in Chichén-Itzá

Cons:

The room was very hot and literally took several hours to cool down. It would be nice if the staff can turn the AC on before the guest arrivals. Trust me if the room gets too cold it will get hot in a manner of minutes.

Most aspects of the stay were acceptable, although the location and staff did not meet expectations.
Pros:

The property grounds were very nice and well groomed. The pool was kept clean and amenites were made available upon request. The room was clean and the A/C worked as expected.

Cons:

Acknowledging, I chose the location, it turned out to be too close to the main street and traffic. As a result, a funeral with a "21" gun salute was an unexpected wake up call one morning. The house parrots kept in the courtyard made it difficult to sleep on another occasion. The first morning, I was woken up by a housekeeper banging on the door, despite the fact I did not put out the "Please clean the room" sign. There was no "Do not disturb" sign provided. Fortunately, the front desk made sure that did not happen again.

I verified ahead of time that an attendant would be available to let me into the courtyard parking late at night. On two late night occasions, I found myself locked out of the parking are and the front pedestrian gate. The first time I had yell for someone in the office and managed to wake the night guy who let me in. On the second night, I just broke in on my own.

Pros:

Muy bonito lugar, su vegetación y ornaments. Se siente un ambiente tranquilo y relajante. La habitación muy limpia y el personal muy amable. Además se encuentra bien ubicado, muy cerca del Castillo y puedes encontrar que comer a la vuelta de la esquina.
