Bed is hard, it has an odor and I’m a return renter and I always get the same room which is behind the soda machine which is noisy.
I was charged by the website and and again when I checked in. The owner said that it was just a hold for reservation and wouldn’t give me my money back. So I was charged twice and then lied to by the front desk and eatable to get it reversed. The website hook was no help at all and either was the motel.

予約でカードが使えるとなっていて、モーテルの窓口にもカードマークがあったが、現金のみと言われた。また予約で表示された価格より高かった。

The room has an odor. It doesn’t smell fresh. The towels are dingy and the sheets were not that clean.

The blinds kept out the sunlight and it was clean
I checked in very late and requested a one hour late check out and the employee said that would be fine and then the morning guy knocked on my door at 11am waking me up and demanding I leave immediately
