Great pool. Choice of two!
Good balcony.
Noisy Aircon that rattled and sqeeks. Door rattled. Mould on shower curtain. Tv unwatchable due to heavy snow. Two single beds pushed together that didnt match up in the middle. Balcony glass doors had to lock.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The accommodation was really good for the price I paid. The hotel had a great sense of peace and quiet. It had excellent access to everything—restaurants, bars, a currency exchange center, a pharmacy, and a 7-Eleven. The room was spacious and good as well.
The curtains installed on the balcony were visibly dirty and not clean. Also, the plastic shower curtain in the bathroom was not clean either. These two issues, if addressed, would be great. Additionally, the shower faucet for adjusting hot and cold water did not work well and was difficult to adjust.

Very disappointed with the service. The receptionist boy had a very bad attitude and behaved very rudely during our stay. The swimming pool staff boy was also very unprofessional and disrespectful. We stayed here and expected good customer service, but instead we experienced very bad behavior from the staff. The receptionist’s attitude was unacceptable and made us feel unwelcome. This was one of the worst service experiences we have had. Management should seriously improve staff behavior and customer handling.
