I’m a SA tourist guide. I’m telling you this hotel is horrible, I booked booking, but the reception told me there’s no room available. She told me not to do anything, they will refund me. I kept communicating with the owner of the hotel, their attitude is so bad and no refund or any thing has been done. I tried to call the owner again, he told me he’s on holiday and asked me to email him this issue he promised to solve months ago. And no reply at all after I emailed them. Don’t book this place. As a guide, I will never recommend this place to any of my guests and I will warn everyone to avoid this place.

Le personnel surtout Nabz était accueillante et gentille.
The noise. We couldn't sleep at all. It was so bad a waste of money.
My room was beautiful and spacious (room no. 5). I loved the high ceilings and that heritage/antique vibe. The shower is huge. :) The lovely ladies on the staff (Nabs and Mumtas and another lady who's name I did not get) were very friendly and helpful. It is centrally located which cut down travel time to various areas of Cape Town. It was nice and quiet at night (my room was upstairs).
There was no bar fridge in the room.
very near museums, coffee shops and greenwich marrket
old place, a bit squint, no locks, no aircon. poor service. silly door lock at entry.
Tarihi bir binaydi, calisanlar cok iyi, konum harika
Yagmurda odaya su girdi
This is not a 4* quality hotel.
From bad service, misleading info and rooms that are below standard.
Breakfast was good
The hotel has heritage outlook, located in a good sport and accessible. beautiful old architecture.
The owners have over priced the hotel.
It is one star, it is over priced by 40% above its peers, curtains are old, there's only one staff the whole night - its women. they get tied. So they sneak upstairs to catch a rest. Sometimes they don't hear the bell at the door - guests are compelled to bang the door and wake up other guest up at 01h00 in the morning. Had the same experience through. the rooms are beautiful BUT you get tormented by large mosquitos
Nice rooms and personnel services.
The bedding was wet
