Pros:

Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich mit Claudine gut verstanden.
Die Aussicht ist sehr schön.
Die Unterkunft ist nahe vom Bahnhof und der wunderbaren Quelle von Vernex.

Cons:

Es ist etwas abenteuerlich zur Unterkunft zu gelangen (eine Treppe führt direkt auf eine enge Strasse) - man kann diese Herausforderung meistern.

Würde ich nur im Notfall wieder buchen.

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Cons:

Preis für Self-Checking ist zu hoch. Für „Superior“ Zimmer zu klein, wenn man zu Zweit wäre. Es war sehr warm und keine Klimanlage. Zudem habe ich noch immer meine Rechnung nicht erhalten, die ich amgefordert hatte.

Pros:

Good location close to Old Town sights, clean and functional room. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Windows open wide for fresh air. Excellent bakery for breakfast across the street.

Cons:

Would prefer a human check-in over a kiosk. Mattresses were thin, futon style. Not worn or uneven, but I would prefer a traditional coil mattress.

Clean and location excellent, as advertised.
Pros:

This is a excellent location in old town. Rooms were as advertised. Clean throughout. Had enough amenities to make it comfortable. Had use of a lift (elevator) after you climb first floor set of stairs. Choose a courtyard view room for best views.

Cons:

Difficult to connect immediately with host, had to send email and wait. As we had an issue with how to operate the room safe we sent email and waited. Then later in evening we went to use shower and realized we had no hot water, only because the email response from host about the safe showed the mobile number for host, we were able to connect directly which was comforting to know our issue was acknowledged.

Overall, it’s a great place in Lucerne especially if you like NY an old town area.
Pros:

I was comfortable staying in this room. Love that they cleaned the room every day. There were things that you need in the hotel; Kettle, coffee maker and fridge. The bathroom was big. The owner was very responsive and responsible with the issue.

It was a delightful adventure with nice views of neighboring buildings. Charming to the nth degree.
Pros:

Location in Old Town was charming experience. Views from my room were delightful. Hotel was very clean. There was a lift that helped navigate 4 of the 5 floors with guest rooms. This is a necessity for disabled guests. Furniture is pretty basic. The towel heater bar worked! The room had both a mini-fridge and coffee making facilities. Also a hot water kettle. Tbe bathroom was roomy enough.

Cons:

Though the elevator is a plus, you need to take stairs to the first floor and from the fifth to the eagles nest room on top. Clearly the layout and architecture of the building prevented extending the elevator shaft. In its advertising. The hotel should advise guests that people with limited mobility would have difficulty navigating.
Room furnishings are adequate but basic. I was longing for a surface higher than the little coffee' table, because I use a laptop. A small desk with chair or a higher table would have been more useful.

Self check in went well, the lift was a handy bonus as I was on 5th floor, room was very small but everything I needed was there.

Cons:

Although the wooden beams looked great and did a cracking job of holding up the roof, I had to crawl under one to make a coffee, but at least there was a coffee machine!

Selbst-Check-In und Selbst-Check-Out problemlos; täglich Zimmerreinigung und frische Handtücher; Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln (hätten auch mehr sein dürfen); sehr zentral gelegen. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
