Pros:

Das Zimmer war mega schön, die Aussicht weniger aber das wussten wir von Anfang an. Das Hotel liegt am Rande einer Industriezone aber hat dafür einen wunderschönen Innenhof mit Poolbereich wo man geradesogut irgendwo direkt neben dem Strand sein könnte. Das Hotel liegt auch direkt neben den kleinen Bahnhof Riazzino (von dem man absolut nichts hört) von wo man ohne umzusteigen nach Lugano, Como oder Milano kommt (was wir 2x genutzt haben). Auch nach Locarno gehts in 10min. Somit eine optimale Ausgangslage. Und der Spa Bereich ist auch sehr schön.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Punkt ist die Zimmerreinigung. Diese wird nur alle 2 Tage gemacht wo wir aber vermutlich vergessen gingen. War für uns auch nicht weiter schlimm aber unser Abfallkorb überquillte und wir hatten kein WC Papier mehr. Aber kurz an der Reception gesagt und das wurde behoben. Unser Zimmer wurde so aber in 5 Nächten nur 1x gereinigt.

Sehr schöne Zimmer.

Cons:

-Der Spa-Bereich ist zu klein dafür, dass sich das Hotel als „Resort & Spa“ bezeichnet.

-Ein bisschen zu kleine TVs

Pros:

Spa et piscine / Bar très agréables, et restaurant très bon (mais un peu cher). personnel très gentil.

Cons:

Il n'est marqué nulle part que l'hôtel se trouve sur le parking d'un supermarché, coincé entre une route nationale fort fréquentée et une voie de chemin de fer. On est très loin de Locarno, il faut prendre la voiture ou le train (!), et on ne voit pas le lac. Les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas et on a le choix entre le chauffage (qui chauffe trop fort) ou la clim (qui refroidit trop fort), pas une simple aération.

Très joli séjour pour fête intime et discrète

lit, petit dèj, piscine, amabilité du personnel, proximité de la gare

Cons:

courant d’air froid permanent, pas de véritable table et chaise dans la chambre, pas de bouilloire pour l’eau chaude, éclairage avec beaucoup de contre-jour
