Séjour détente très agréable
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel. La chambre était très confortable et le spa idéal pour se détendre en fin de journée. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était varié et délicieux! Nous avons voyagé en train, c’était donc un réel avantage d’avoir la gare à 2 min à pied.

Cons:

L’emplacement en zone industrielle n’était certes pas des plus charmants, mais pratique pour voyager dans la région.
Les plats proposés par le restaurant sont bons, mais sans plus.

Goed maar niet meer om te boeken in de toekomst

Mooi nieuw hotel

Cons:

Zeer onvriendelijk bij aankomst aan de check-in, kon zijn dat deze persoon zijn dag niet had. Nadien bij het diner was de barman even onvriendelijk (hij bediende ons het eten in de bar want onze kleine hond was niet welkom in het restaurant). Wij hadden de indruk; wij met 3 in 2 kamers ook niet in het hotel.

Im Restaurant gab es 2 Situationen, in denen das Personal unachtsam war (z.B. wurde das restliche Fleisch weggeschmissen, obwohl wir sagten, dass wie es einpacken lassen wollen).

Pros:

SPA Bereich ist klein aber fein. Das Personal ist super freundlich und top-motiviert. Das komplette Hotel ist absolut sauber und modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten gebucht, aber ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett bekommen. Am Schwimmingpool war es immer eher laut wegen vielen Kindern. In unserem Zimmer war das Badezimmer mitten im Zimmer, sprich das Waschbecken war direkt neben dem Bett.

Sehr saubere, moderne Anlage. Es sind viele Möglichkeiten für Familien vorhanden. Liegt direkt am Bahnhof, sehr praktisch für Zugfahrten.

Frühstück sehr gut, Lage top, Balkon mit Sicht auf Innenhof mit Pool, schöne Aussicht auf die Berge

Wunderbares Frühstück, super präsentiert und stets frisch aufgefüllt. Super nettes Personal im Service.
Durch die Lage unmittelbar neben dem Bahnhof konnte auch das Ticinoticket super genutzt werden.

Cons:

Zimmer wird nur jeden 2. Tag gereinigt..und auch nur wenn man die Taste room cleaning drückt..
Wir haben das nicht gleich bemerkt, deshalb wurde erst nach 3 Nächten gereinigt. Am nächsten Tag wurde nicht mehr gereinigt, obwohl wir 2x zu Gute hätten in 5 Tagen.
Es hat keinen Bademantel im Zimmer, muss bei der Rezeption angefordert werden.

Nice room with great shower, well designed. Nice spa and pool area. Good restaurant. Conveniently located.

Cons:

Mattrasses a bit hard with noisy covers. Steam room door doesn‘t close. Not too many vegetarian options.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz ist seit 1.10.2026 Kostenpflichtig, 15 pro Tag ist viel, SBB Park and Rail kostet am gleichen Platz nur CHF 10 pro Tag. Bei diesen Hotelpreisen sollte der Parkplatz inbegriffen sein.
