Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor verkennen van de regio.
Pros:

Perfecte locatie en hotel om het kanton Ticino te verkennen! Ideaal centraal gelegen naast het treinstation, het OV kun je ook gratis gebruiken met de lokale toeristenkaart. Heerlijk zwembad ook en de airco’s op de kamer werken perfect! Restaurant in het hotel is ook goed. Ook is de LIDL onder het hotel ideaal om de kosten nog wat te drukken.

Cons:

De kamer is eigenlijk niet geschikt voor een lang verblijf, er is bijv geen balkon of andere plek om je natte zwembroek te drogen. Ook is er te weinig plek bij het zwembad qua aantal bedjes, maar gelukkig zwemt niet iedereen tegelijk. Verwacht ook geen horeca op loop afstand, daarvoor kun je met het OV.

Super Badespaß und tolles Personal mit kleinen Abstrichen - super Intermezzo für Familien und Paare
Pros:

Die Gemeinschaftsräume beim Frühstück und die Poolbar und der Poolbereich selbst sind sehr ansprechend, die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und das auf eine sehr natürliche und ernst gemeinte Weise.
Die Zimmer sind akustisch sehr gut vom Rest der Welt entkoppelt - man hört keinen Verkehrslärm oder Geräusche auf dem Flur

Cons:

Der Geruch auf der Zimmertoilette war … naja.

Die Lage in einem Büro- und Einkaufskomplex kombiniert mit einem Lidl enttäuscht im ersten Moment (was im Hotel dann aber weniger eine Rolle spielt, da das Bergpanorama vom Hoteldach aus gesehen sehr ansprechend ist)

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und wir würden ea in Erwägung ziehen erneut zu kommen.
Pros:

Die Lage, das nette Personal, die Ausstattung sowie dass das Hotel sehe gepflegt ist.

Cons:

Das Wlan war leider schlecht sowie zB wenn man beim Pool den QR Code für eine Bestellung gescannt hat, kam nie die Kinderkarte. Eben so beim Roomservice, dies wäre wünschenswert da es ein familienfreundliches Hotel ist.

The hotel is new, the room is big and the bed was comfortable.the breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The hotel is located 15 min drive from Locarno and the lake inside the same building with the Lidl supermarket, opposite to a train station. The biggest disadvantage was a strange smell of urine inside our rooms.

Praktisch gelegenes Hotel mit
modernem Standard, professionellem Service, sauberen, grossen
Räumen, toller Klimaanlage, gutem Frühstück und bequemen Betten.

Cons:

Zimmerdecken, die an einen Bunker erinnern. Türen, die etwa so dicht sind wie im Mittelalter. Fenster, die man nicht öffnen kann. Dauernde Musikbeschallung wie an der Street Parade.

A wonderful short stay for a special occasion!
Pros:

We loved the pool, the breakfast buffet, and the friendly staff. The service was excellent, I requested for a small birthday cake for my daughter prior to our arrival and the staff at the breakfast buffet on the next day were so excited for my girl. The hotel even gave my daughter a teddy bear as a present , and a birthday card which was unexpected. It was truly a heartwarming experience!

Cons:

I just wished the spa opened in the morning, so I could squeeze in a sauna session. Also, the toilet in our room had a funky smell, I think the extractor fan was not working.

Très bon hôtel, rapport qualité-prix et bon emploi
Pros:

Les employés sont extrêmement avenants et aux petits soins pour les clients.
La qualité du restaurant et du petit-déjeuner sont excellents
Bonne isolation des chambres

Cons:

Il y a trop de variations de température dans la douche de la chambre. Pour un hôtel neuf cela n’est pas acceptable. Une robinetterie thermostatique aurait été idéale. Il n’est pas trop tard pour changer cela.
La fenêtre de la chambre était une vitre fixe. Il est donc impossible d’aérer la chambre.
L’armoire dressing n’est absolument pas pratique.
La qualité du matelas et des oreillers sont à revoir pour un 4*

Teleurstellend
Pros:

Fijn zwembad en goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Teleurstellend verblijf – kamer kwam niet overeen met de verwachtingen

Voor €220 per nacht hadden wij absoluut meer verwacht van ons verblijf. We hadden een standaardkamer geboekt, maar werden bij aankomst in een volledig aangepaste mindervalidenkamer geplaatst. Deze kamer kwam totaal niet overeen met de foto’s die tijdens het boeken op Booking.com werden getoond.

De badkamer was voorzien van verschillende beugels en aanpassingen en had niet het ruime wasmeubel dat op de foto’s te zien was. Ook het bed was anders dan verwacht: geen mooie hoge boxspring, maar een bed met een warm en krakend plastic beschermhoeslaken, wat erg oncomfortabel sliep.

We hebben onze teleurstelling direct bij de receptie aangegeven. Daar kregen we te horen dat een mindervalidenkamer volgens het hotel óók als standaardkamer wordt beschouwd en dat dit blijkbaar samenhing met het feit dat we via Booking.com hadden geboekt. Wilde we een andere kamer die wél aansloot bij onze verwachtingen, dan moesten we €50 per persoon per nacht extra betalen.

Dit vinden wij echt onacceptabel. Wanneer een hotel kamers aanbiedt met bepaalde foto’s en uitstraling, mag je als gast verwachten dat de geboekte kamer daar redelijkerwijs mee overeenkomt. Als je mogelijk in een volledig aangepaste kamer wordt geplaatst, zou dit wat ons betreft vooraf duidelijk vermeld moeten worden.

Het meest teleurstellend vonden we uiteindelijk de manier waarop onze klacht werd afgehandeld. In plaats van mee te denken over een passende oplossing, kregen we alleen de mogelijkheid om nóg eens €100 per nacht extra te betalen.

Voor een kamerprijs van €220 per nacht verwachten wij een andere kwaliteit, transparantie én service. Helaas heeft dit onze ervaring met het hotel behoorlijk negatief beïnvloed.
