Pros:

Excellent location! Just across from Beacon Hill Park, beside the Royal BC Museum and near the waterfront. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Just be aware that some 2nd and 3rd floor rooms only have stairs (no elevators) for access.

The room was great and with the cooking facilities made it more like home.

Cons:

The car park always seemed to be over full. We then had to go to reception to get a special card to park the car in another close location. This carpark was only for over night and had to be vacated by 10:30 am. As we were staying 3 nights we had to ensure we got up and moved the car in the morning.

Pros:

The room had a kitchenette with a sitting area which had a sofa bed. The bedroom had a very comfortable king size. The location was excellent short walking distance to the harbour. Loved the atmosphere.

Cons:

This didn't bother us, but people should be aware that there are no elevators.

I will certainly choose this hotel for my next stay in Victoria.
Pros:

The hotel is a cozy place. Our family stayed in 3 rooms and they are spacious with two sections of each room, and even with a small kitchen with quite a good supply of items. The location is so good that only takes up to 10 minute walk to the center of town. Moreover it is just in front of a beautiful park where you can easily spot deers eating grass and plants peacefully. The staff, whichever shift you talk to are very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place to stay in Victoria
Pros:

The location was perfect as it was a quiet area. Did not use the kitchen but liked the big fridge.

Cons:

The mattresses were a little to firm for my personal liking.

Exceeded our expectations!
Pros:

This property exceeded our expectations! The location is 10/10! Easy walking distance to the waterfront, parking on site.
The room was spotless, facilities excellent. Comfortable beds, a kitchenette, great bathroom with bath. We couldn’t have asked for more. The staff were very friendly.
