Great room and location
Pros:

Location is fantastic. Rooms are large and clean. Room and furnishings were in great condition. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It is not great looking from the outside, but that isn’t very important.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft auf allen Ebenen: Lage, Personal und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Tolle Lage: zentral, aber ruhig gelegen. Großzügige Zimmer mit einem super bequemen Bett. Vollausgestattete Einheit - haber wir aber nicht genutzt. Zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal. Ich würde sofort wieder buchen!

Cons:

Wenn man jammern möchte, könnte man sagen, dass das Badezimmer etwas klein ist. Das ist allerdings jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau!

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Best location!
Pros:

Excellent location! Walking distance to places of interest. Love the fact that Beacon Hill Park is just behind this hotel.
Our room is spacious too. The kitchen is an added bonus.

Cons:

There was no elevator. But no big deal for us since we only had a carryon luggage to get to the 3rd floor.

Excellent place to stay!
Pros:

I loved how close it was to everything. Having a separate bedroom was also great for sleeping in. The staff was super nice and let us store our luggage when we arrived early. The kitchen was fantastic and we enjoyed cooking in it. The housekeepers came everyday and we had everything we needed without having to ask. There’s also a nice supermarket right down the street that was easy to walk to. It was my favorite of the three hotels I stayed in on my whole trip.

Cons:

My 70 year old father told me that the couch bed was a bit too hard.

Cons:

It was really good only slight issue was some road noise, but we were in the centre of the city and it quietened down by 11pm and did not disturb sleep at all.

Great location, cute property, great staff!
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and kitchenette had the very basics (dishes for 4, kettle, coffee maker, some tea and coffee, stove, microwave and fridge). Property was well maintained outside, Beacon Hill park and the harbour/parliament building a minute's walk away. LOVED these aspects! On site and overflow parking available for a reasonable rate, spaces are best for up to mid sized vehicles. It was tight for our F-150 but manageable in the overflow.

Cons:

The king bed was firm and uncomfortable, double murphy bed was more comfortable in our room. It is an older but well maintained building so there is some noise that travels through the floor, it did not bother us and our kids though.
