Very nice rooms, pool was just right (but there weren’t many people) and the staff were always very friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was in another building, but the food and service were equally good.
The location to the beach road was a bit out of the way. So not really a place with direct access to the beach. Terminal 21 was close for those who like to shop.

Water pressure in the shower is a bit low. Takes an extremely long time for water in the sink to get warm or hot if at all.
Hyvä sijainti, erittäin siisti uudehko hotelli. Terminal 21 vieressä ja samoin Beach Road. Pattayan ranta tosin ei houkuttele uimaan mutta hotellin allasalue oli siisti ja toimiva. Hotelli oli rauhallinen eikä minkään näköistä öistä metelöintiä tms esiintynyt.
Kaikki oli ok.

Quiet hotel because it is located at the back, away from the street.
The safety of the swimming pool leaves much to be desired; electrical cables connected with tape are lying in the water in the pool's overflow.
For breakfast, you have to go outside—right across from the hotel, admittedly—but if it rains... and for a 5*****, the buffet is rather meager.
