Pros:

The host Dan is very helpful. He gave us good information and speaks very good English. There are free bikes in the hostel. We rented a motorbike for a good price in the hotel. The rooms are specious and very clean.

Overall a great value for money
Pros:

Dan was very welcoming and helpful. He recommended great places to visit, helped us with transport both to and from his hotel. Overall he was very kind and proactive.
Hotel is located in a more quiet part of the main street in Tam Coc while still being in a walkable distance of the center and bikable distance from the tourist sights.

Cons:

Breakfast is not a buffet, you order it a day ahead, but that's understandable for a hotel this size, I recommend the omelet :)

A tulajdonosok nagyon segítőkészek és kedvesek, a villa lokációja is tökéletes, néhány perc séta a központtól. Tágas, modern szobák, csak ajánlani tudom a szállást. Reggelit kb. fél nappal előre megadott menüből kell választani, étel pazarlás megelőzése érdekében, ez is becsülendő. Ingyen bicikli a szálláson, medence is szép.

Cons:

Apróságok: Nem mindegyik bicikli volt megfelelő állapotban (pedál, markolat) és a medence vize kicsit bogaras volt.

Przecudowne miejsce, właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni. Lokalizacja super, wszędzie blisko a na miejscu można jeszcze dodatkowo pojeździć rowerami i zwiedzić okolice. Śniadania smaczne, dzień wcześniej trzeba wybrać co chce się zjeść - szanuje podejście żeby nie marnować jedzenia. Bardzo polecamy!

Todo, desde el personal (encantadores todos) hasta la ubicación, las instalaciones y las vistas desde la azotea. El desayuno además era increíble y el poder usar las bicicletas, un plus!

Pros:

Good location - it's 15 mins away to get to Hoa Lu and 5 mins to Tam Coc :) Mua Cave is near by as well.
Great staff. Don't hesitate to contact them to ask for any information, very friendly and helpful

Einfach hervorragend
Pros:

Das Homestay Hotel war überragend. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren riesig und sehr sauber. Sowohl beim Zimmerservice als auch beim Essen gab es ein nachhaltiges Konzept. Zimmer werden auf Wunsch gereinigt und das Frühstück musste man vorbestellen um zu vermeiden, dass zu viel weg geschmissen wird.
Die Lage ist auch Top. ca. 5-10 Fußweg in die Stadtmitte. Fahrräder werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.

Gutes preiswertes und sauberes Hotel, das jederzeit Hilfe und Tipps für alles mögliche gibt.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, alles war sauber, die Betten waren fest Sonjas sie gut schlafen konnten. Auch die Lage war sehr gut, wir konnten zu Fuß die Straße entlang gehen und sind n wenigen Minuten im Zentrum.

The property is tucked in a tranquil spot, making it incredibly quiet for a deep night's sleep, yet you can literally walk to the boat pier, street food markets, and cafes in just a few minutes. From the stunning mountain-view balcony to the lovely outdoor pool for the kids, every detail exceeded our expectations. Outstanding value for money compared to other stays in the area!
