Las camas eran cómodas y dormía tranquilo sin ruidos, apartado un poco del bullicio y a la vez a dos minutos andando del centro de Tam coc y de las embarcaciones y centros de interés.
Nos dieron todas las indicaciones para ir a todo, la distancia, como hacerlo si andando en bici o gran, gran atención.
(Y eso es mucho de agradecer en Vietnam, ya que el país está en plena construcción totalmente en todos sus rincones y encontrar un sitio sin obras es importante para descansar. O un sitio sin gallos y gallinas al lado de un sitio donde se descansa, todavía no han aprendido eso en Vietnam).
Es muy difícil encontrar un sitio tan tranquilo como este alojamiento.
La mujer es muy maja y te ofrece y cuida al cliente.
Dos aparatos de aire, uno en cada estancia y separados de la cama (genial) y dos televisores. Ascensor (importante en Vietnam, para subir equipaje).
El desayuno normal pero rico, lo pides el día anterior
Merece la pena. Lo recomiendo 100 por 100.

The hospitality from Dan and Amy was nothing short of excellent. They were kind, attentive, and warm. They showed us a map of the area and gave us recommendations for activities and restaurants.
The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable.
The location was amazing, close proximity to the village restaurant, and close to all the main attractions.
The checkout process was so comfortable and seamless. There is a homely reception with the World Cup playing, calming atmosphere, and we were even offered a shower before heading to the airport after we checked out hours earlier.
They arranged pickup and drop off seamlessly from Hanoi for a great price and very comfortable. They also made a takeaway breakfast for us when we told them we would be doing activities early. This was greatly appreciated and was delicious.
Dan also helped us arranging bicycles and a scooter for a very good price. He was very receptive towards us Irish 🇮🇪🇮🇪

Just outside the main street of Tam Coc, with free bicycles to get into town, so you feel close but quiet
The shower bathtub was quite difficult to get in and out of
One of the bathroom window looks out to a neighbouring balcony so it needs to be closed
It was nice to be at the edge of town, close enough to walk but not right in town. Easy bike ride (bikes included) to the countryside. Several restaurants and spa are nearby. We used the pool, which is small if a lot of people are there, but it was rare anyone else was around. Breakfast is ordered the night before and we enjoyed the breakfast Banh Mi but everything we had was good. Was there during a heat wave and it was great to have access to water downstairs. They also provided laundry service (small fee) which was very fast.
Only thing I don't understand is when showers don't have shower curtains. Maybe it's cultural but was surprised at that. Just took baths so made it work.
Such a great, comfortable place with friendly staff. My room was spacious and luxurious, so you will definitely get value for money here. There was a good variety of free breakfast options, and the dining area near the lobby was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed using the villa's bikes to explore the surrounding areas in Ninh Binh / Tam Coc.
The location is quiet yet central and is a short bike ride away from several temples and attractions.
Dan is an exceptional host and will ensure you have the best possible stay. He will gladly give you tips on how to make the most of your visit to Ninh Binh. Staying here was a highlight of my trip. Thank you so much!

La estadía fue genial! Los anfitriones son maravillosos: me ayudaron con todo el itinerario y me explicaron qué hacer y qué me convenía más. Son extremadamente amables, te hacen sentir en casa y a gusto, te escuchan y se interesan genuinamente por ti. Viajé sola y me sentí como en casa. Me ayudaron con el itinerario de ambos días, e incluso me consiguieron el traslado ida y vuelta a Hanói y el traslado de un day tour que me acompañó todo el día en todas las atracciones. Volvería sin dudarlo y lo recomiendo 100%. La habitación es amplia limpia y cuidada

The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and hospitable. They were always there if we had any questions and great at recommending what to do in the area. The room was very spacious, bright, well air conditioned and clean.
The breakfast could do with an upgrade but there was good variety.

Unser Aufenthalt im Tam Coc Sana Villa & Homestays war insgesamt gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und bieten genügend Ablagefläche.
Besonders geschätzt haben wir die kostenlosen Fahrräder, um die schöne Umgebung der Unterkunft zu erkunden. Das WLAN war schnell und zuverlässig.
Das Badezimmer könnte etwas durchdachter sein: Beim Duschen wird wegen der Badewanne rundherum alles nass und der WC-Ring ist zu klein für die Toilette und verrutscht ständig.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, jedoch sehr einfach gehalten.
Incredible stay at Dan's place - such a great person and a great hotel well placed. We felt like home. Rooms are spacious and beautiful, the breakfast is great and the swimming pool area perfect for relaxing :)

Super cozy place. Well maintained and spacious.
Miscommunication between the owner and ladies who prepare breakfast wasn’t going well. Every evening must be shared message what is going to be eaten and still not everything arranged prepared based on the list. Hopefully can be improved in the future or get rid of those messages.
This home stay, and it’s amazing staff are the reason I turned my one night stay into two and changed future plans!
I was flabbergasted at how looked after I was by the lovely family running this hotel, from breakfast, to tourist information, to facilities, and questions and queries I had, everything was so well handled. I can’t thank Dan enough for his help, as I was actually sick when I arrived, and he did nothing but help me to make a full recovery asap, offering ginger teas and rice puddings without charge! Dan’s family are amazing people, I’d recommend anyone to stay here!

The villa was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and a perfect base for exploring the area.

Ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo pero sin estar rodeada de ruido o mucho alboroto. Habitación muy amplia, al igual que el baño, cuenta con bañera.
Piscina en un lateral del hotel, se agradece para rebajar un poco el calor de la zona, y un pequeño espacio reservado también para hacer ejercicio. Pero lo mejor de todo, el personal, muy amable, dispuesto a ayudarte en todo, te dan recomendaciones, se preocupan si necesitas algo…genial.
Chủ nhà chuẩn bị bữa ăn chu đáo, đầy đủ dinh dưỡng theo nhu cầu của khách hàng. Mặc dù là homestay nhỏ nhưng chủ nhà chuẩn bị đầy đủ đồ ăn sáng cho khách lưu chú.
