Hotel aceptable, pero para que sea bueno se necesita bajar el ruido de los beach clubs y piscina

La verdad que las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas, y el trato del personal fue exito, en todo momento nos ayudaron con cualquier cuestión o incidencia que tuvieramos. Se nota la profesionalidad de los mismos. Las chicas del spa son las mejores, hace tiempo que no teniamos una experiencia asi y que decir de las chicas de recepcion, asi como de los camareros.

Cons:

Pues sobre todo no tanto el hotel en sí, sino el hecho de que justo en frente se encuentra un beach club cuya musica esta hasta las 2 de la mañana minimo todos los dias. Aunque no se oye mucho si tienes la venta cerrada, si quieres estar en tu balcon o jardin y lo tienes al vistas al mar, la verdad que se oye mucho. Por otro lado tambien la musica de la piscina estaba a un volumen excesivo, para ser un hotel de lujo y para familias, aunque parece que es algo que pasa en toda la ciudad. Esto hace, aunque cumpla con todos los requisitos para ser un buen hotel para viajes de trabajo, uno no termina de estar del todo agusto. Ademas de que las vistas al mar desde el hotel, aunque las imagenes se vean muy bien al menos en las suites no eran tan tan buenas, ahi nos decepciono un poco.

Pros:

Great hotel, very clean and modern facilities. Air conditioning in room. There was a pool by the bar which serviced delicious food and drinks. All staff were very friendly. Our flight was much after check out and they stored our bags and let us shower in the spa afterwards. The hotel has private beach access which was only a minute walk away and really nice.

Worth every penny.
Pros:

One of the best hotel stays I’ve had.

Everything felt great from the moment I arrived. The reception staff were super friendly and welcoming, which really sets the tone. The spa was clean and relaxing, perfect to switch off, and the food at the restaurant was honestly really good.

The rooms were very spacious, modern, and super comfortable definitely stood out compared to other hotels I’ve been to.

I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back. Highly recommend it if you’re going to Durrës.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb von Durres, in eigentlich ruhiger Lage an einer Seitenstraße oberhalb des Strandes. Es handelt sich meiner Meinung nach nicht um ein typisches Strand/Badehotel. Das Hotel nimmt nur einen kleinen Teil der Gebäude ein, es gibt dort auch Appartements/Wohnungen.
Wir waren in der Vorsaison dort, im April. Die Zimmer waren sehr modern mit toller Ausstattung, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Wir konnten bereits am Pool liegen, die Liegen wurden kostenlos bereitgestellt. Poolhandtücher brauchten wir nicht, es war zu kalt zum Baden.
Gegenüber vom Hotel gibt es einige sehr gute Restaurants/Bars. Man braucht also kein Auto, um am Abend essen zu gehen. Auch im Hotel selbst gibt es ein gutes Restaurant.
Das Frühstück war gut, könnte aber mehr Auswahl für Vegetarier bieten.
Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall!

Cons:

Die Nutzung des SPA- und Fitnessbereichs sollte im Preis inklusive sein. Darauf wird bei Buchung nicht deutlich genug hingewiesen. Wenn man sich als SPA-Hotel bezeichnet, sollte dies kein Extra sein.

Der Baulärm hat uns gestört, wir haben leider keinen Hinweis auf Bautätigkeiten oberhalb vom Hotel erhalten. Die eigentlich ruhige Straße, in der das Hotel liegt, war immer stark von Baufahrzeugen befahren.
