Buon ristorante (molto lento) per pranzo e cena (colazione migliorabile). Spa e massaggio apprezzabile.

Cons:

Non è un 5 stelle. Pulizia scarsa, struttura necessità di manutenzione (tombini aperti, spazzatura, fontane non funzionanti...). Spiaggia troppo rumorosa.

Pokój hotelowy wymaga odświeżenia. Łóżko stanowczo za twarde. Nie dostaliśmy drugiego klucza od pokoju chociaż prosiliśmy o niego trzy dni z rzędu.

Prostorné pokoje, dobře fungující klimatizace

Cons:

Neochota personálu u bazénu, kde i zapáchající toalety, povětšinou bez toaletního papíru. Připravené stoly u snídaní jen když jsem přišli mezi prvními, později bez příborů, ubrousků, styl sežeň si sám. Nejvíce nás zklamal úklid pokojů, za celé čtyři dny pouze jednou a to jen velmi letmo. Po podlaze se naboso chodit nedalo.

Une très grosse déception pour un hôtel 4 étoiles
Malheureusement, notre séjour a été une très mauvaise expérience, surtout au regard du prix payé et du standing annoncé.
Tout d’abord, l’endroit est loin d’être familial. L’attente est interminable, que ce soit à l’accueil ou au niveau du service. Le personnel, très jeune, donne malheureusement l’impression de manquer cruellement d’expérience et surtout du sens des responsabilités et du service attendu dans un établissement 4 étoiles.
Le service au bar et au restaurant est particulièrement déplorable. On a clairement le sentiment que l’objectif est simplement d’encaisser le plus rapidement possible, sans réelle envie de servir ou de satisfaire les clients. Aucun effort, peu d’attention et une attitude qui laisse vraiment à désirer.
Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, la piscine est située juste en face d'une route où l'on entend des klaxons toutes les quelques minutes. Difficile de se détendre ou de profiter tranquillement de la piscine dans ces conditions.
Cerise sur le gâteau, notre chambre près de l’accueil, impossible à fermer les yeux à cause des fetards qui ne cessaient les aller/retours et hurlement à l’accueil.
Au vu du prix payé, nous nous attendions clairement à beaucoup mieux. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, le niveau de service et l'expérience globale sont très décevants.
Une expérience que nous ne souhaitons absolument pas renouveler et un établissement que nous ne recommandons pas. Le rapport qualité-prix est, selon nous, très mauvais.

Summer in Albania

I stayed here at the end of May as part of a large group. I booked this room as an addition to a room I already had booked as I flew in a day earlier than planned. When I arrived, I was greeted by a lovely lady at reception, I think her name was Uada (sorry if I spelt it incorrectly!). She informed me that rather than me moving into my second room tomorrow, that she would upgrade my first night so that I wouldn't have to move. She was very kind and friendly, told us all about the hotel and the area and escorted us personally to show us our rooms, which were ready on arrival!

The pool area was beautiful, they played great music and read the vibe of the guests staying. The cocktails were amazing and their pool snacks were very tasty! Albi at the bar was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

The food at the Maré restaurant was delicious with fresh fish and salads and beautiful views.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that I didn't like!

מהמלון צריך לעבור כביש לים לחוף מאוד יפה אבל צריך להזמין מקום מראש וזה לא רשום בשום מקום. מעבר לזה המלון מאוד מרוחק מהכל ומסביבו הכל הריסות

Værste hotel oplevelse længe

At der var højt til loftet

Cons:

Vi bookede hotellet fordi vi ønskede at bruge poolen, den var lukket en hel dag. Derudover var der utrolig højt og dårligt musik i pool baren, hvor min mand fik serveret den måske dårligste burger han nogensinde har fået, kødet var ikke bare stegt det var sort og smagte ikke af kød mere. Når vi forsøgte at få hjælp i receptionen fik vi ingen; fx spurgte vi efter et strygejern, fik vi ikke, efter en skål, fik vi ikke. Derudover ligger hotellet afsidigt fra Durres. Og sidst men ikke mindst havde vi den sidste dag oplevelsen af at morgenmadsbuffetten var alt for lille, der var hverken ost, brød eller glas til drikkevarer.

Det er et hotel der forestiller sig at være fancy, men som slet ikke er det.

The pool is not clean,
A lot of mosquitoes inside the room,
The entrance for the gym is just for one hour and when you go out you cant get inside again ..

צוות הקבלה היה לא היה מסביר פנים.
למרות שהזמנו חדר עם מרפסת.
קיבלנו חדר מרוחק מהמבנה הראשי. בקומת קרקע . עם גינה משותפת לעוד שני חדרים.
כל הבקשות להחלפת חדר קרוב למבנה הראשי בגלל בעייה רפואית . והוצגה תעודת נכה .
אך סירבו להחלפת חדר . בטענה שהמלון מלא.
ניסיתי להזמין חדר לאותו יום דרך בוקינג והיה רשום שיש חדרים פנויים
