We had a lovely stay here, rooms were really spacious.
Breakfast and facilities were really good, we made use of the spa and that was also super nice.
Cocktails were really good and pool area is lovely.
Short walk from some really nice beach clubs (portside etc)
Nothing bad really to say other than the menu had sushi etc but wasn’t available :(

Frukosten uppfyller absolut inte hur det ska vara på 5 stjärnigt hotell. AC:n fungerade inte och personalen totalt oförstående med problemet.Luktar rök på rummet och avlopp från duschen. Väldigt dåligt underhållet hotell. Nattpersonalen kunde inte engelska.
Smutsiga solstolar. Väldigt hög musik vid poolområdet. Vid incheckning tycker personalen att man ska avboka bokningen på Booking för att boka direkt med hotellet och få inträde till deras Spa, oseriöst.

Vi tjekkede ind på hotellet tirsdag d. 8. September. Da vi ankom kunne vi lugte kraftig rengøringsmiddel inde på værelset. Vi tænkte dog at der lige var gjort rent, så vi tog ud og gjorde ikke yderligere. Da vi kom tilbage, var lugten der stadigvæk. Personalet kom ind og kunne selv lugte det men sagde, at alle værelser lugtede sådan. Vi kontaktede booking for at finde en løsning, da vi ikke ønskede vores 1,5 årig barn skulle sove i den lugt, når vi selv fik hovedpine af den. Vi fandt nyt hotel med det samme og checkede ud.
Jeg modtog dog følgende fra white hills efter vi checkede ud: ‘’White Hill Hotel, SPA & Conferences har desværre informeret os om at de ikke længere kan tage imod dig fra Indtjekning til Udtjekning af følgende årsag: på grund af en ukendt årsag fra overnatningsstedet.’’
Det er også helt fair, dog kunne de indrømme, at der lugtede af kemikalier, hvilket pigen fra receptionen indrømmede.

The room was spacious, comfortable and neat, the sauna,salt room and jacuzzi was nice. The staff were all nice and professional.
The complimentary buffet breakfast was really bad. They had nicer breakfast options if you were to order a breakfast from the restaurant and pay.
There was no iron in the room and there were stray dogs loitering around the hotel.
