Staying here along with the delicious breakfast they have was very enjoyable. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.
Pros:

This is a beautiful property exceptionally maintained and well cared for. It’s centrally located as well and is a feast for the eyes just really beautiful.

Cons:

The room seemed relatively small, but it was exceptionally clean, well appointed and lovely

Pros:

Basically you get what you pay for, which is a lot.

Cons:

The lounge bar was spoilt by two Chinese girls using it as a photoshoot location for about 30 minutes,staff should have prevented them from doing so

Gorgeous, comfortable and charming- recommended for a totally relaxing Milan experience!
Pros:

It’s a beautiful former private home- wonderfully decorated and well maintained. Easy walking to the duomo and La scalla. The staff is friendly and helpful- Simone was particularly attentive to our needs. The rooms are large and light filled, with the most comfortable beds on our month long tour of Italy and France.

Cons:

The only improvement would be the bars margarita pizza. Overcooked and dry, it had no discernible basil or mozzarella. The club sandwich was perfect, however.

Pros:

The room was fine as I used it to conduct my work. The bathroom size and facilities were great. The bar area was pleasant and great service and attention. The breakfast area was very comfortable and the food choices were outstanding, may even say the best I have had. The choices were from cold to hot, and very attentive staff, compliments.

Cons:

The room starting to show tiredness.

Clean and comfy

Cons:

I would not rate this hotel 5 stars. The room was extremely noisy, and I couldn’t sleep the entire night. The property also feels very outdated and does not meet the standards I expected.

When my flight was delayed, I asked if the staff could accommodate my request, but they were unwilling to help. To make matters worse, they approached me in the breakfast room in front of other guests to inform me that they would not adjust my airport transportation reservation. I found this unprofessional and embarrassing, as it could have been handled privately.

Overall, the lack of customer service, the noisy rooms, and the outdated facilities made for a very disappointing stay.

We had cockroaches in the room. When I told the receptionist, her response ‘hmm we will tell house keeping’.
Also while my booking.com bill say taxes included, I was still charged taxes
