Das Zimmer war extrem klein . Das Bad 🛁 war extrem klein . Der Föhn war defekt . Beim Frühstück gab es keine Kaffeemaschine . Man musste sich mit einem Wasserkocher den Kaffee selber machen . Auf den Parkplatz passen nur drei Autos . Es kann nur in bar bezahlt werden !

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 2 giorni e pensavamo che la camera fosse stata pulita, ma al nostro ritorno non lo era. Gli asciugamani e il tappetino del bagno erano da cambiare, perché quando si faceva la doccia l'acqua finiva sul pavimento, costringendoci ad asciugarlo con uno straccio per poter usare il bagno. Il bagno aveva un odore sgradevole. Il letto era terribile e cigolante. Il materasso era scomodo, i cuscini bassi, piatti e vecchi, l'imbottitura era aggrovigliata, rendendo difficile dormire. Il personale non era molto cordiale, solo una delle donne alla reception ci ha salutato gentilmente, le altre non si sono nemmeno degnate di uno sguardo. Accanto alla nostra camera c'era anche una lavanderia, dove lavavano e asciugavano i vestiti anche di notte. Non credo che torneremo in questa struttura.

Where do I start? Nothing was right about this place. The fact that this is called a “hotel” is crazy to me. First of all, the staff was barely available at reception and did not speak a word of English. I do understand not everyone has to speak a second language but when you’re hosting tourists, especially in Europe, you might as well know the basics. I communicated with the woman through Google translate. Cards are not accepted, only cash. Another thing that I cannot understand. We’re in 2026, this is a bit odd. I had to go to the city centre to get cash out to pay at check in. Obviously I was charged commission at the bank. When I asked to pay in KAM the lady simply multiplied the amount in Euros x2, leading to a 6eur difference between what I calculated with the currency conversion app vs the amount she gave me. The room look nothing like in the pictures: old, not well taken care of, the windows did not close properly, there was a cable from the heater IN THE SHOWER. The room was cold, the hair dryer was a joke, probably for a doll is ok but if you have long hair, forget about drying your hair with that thing. The walls are not isolated at all and you could hear absolutely everything. There werey people being super loud past 11pm and nobody would tell them off. It was impossible to sleep. Breakfast was included but you rather eat out. There was not a simple toaster or coffee machine: dry bread and instant coffee with boiled water which was disgusting. This place definitely needs to be renamed from hotel to pension or hostel but it’s definitely not recommended.
