La ubicación es lo más positivo de ese lugar y la amabilidad de la dueña.
Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue bastante decepcionante. Habíamos reservado dos noches con la intención de tener un lugar cómodo donde descansar después de pasar el día haciendo turismo, pero la experiencia estuvo muy lejos de lo que esperábamos.
Yo había reservado una habitación doble grande, pero al llegar nos dieron una habitación con dos camas que era extremadamente pequeña. El espacio era tan reducido que prácticamente no se podía pasar ni abrir el armario con comodidad. Tuvimos que empujar las camas para poder disponer de un poco más de espacio.
Durante la estancia también tuvimos varios problemas importantes: no había agua caliente para ducharse, no había jabón de manos y la puerta de la habitación estaba rota. Aunque se podía cerrar con llave, no transmitía ninguna sensación de seguridad.
Las camas eran bastante incómodas y las fundas no eran adecuadas, ya que se soltaban constantemente. La limpieza también dejaba bastante que desear y, en general, el estado y mantenimiento de la habitación no estaban a la altura de lo esperado.
El desayuno tampoco cumplió nuestras expectativas, con una presentación bastante descuidada y productos muy básicos y procesados.
En definitiva, consideramos que la relación calidad-precio fue muy mala. Esperábamos unas condiciones adecuadas para poder descansar después de hacer turismo y unos servicios básicos acordes con lo que habíamos reservado, pero lamentablemente no fue así. Hay muchos aspectos que deberían mejorar, especialmente la limpieza, el mantenimiento, la seguridad y la comodidad de las habitaciones.
The hosts were great and friendly. They were very helpful and understanding for my last day when I needed my car to stay parked a bit longer than the checkout time.

VERY close to the center, max 5 mins tops
There was breakfast and varied but nothing special. I'd save up and just go to the center where you can have whatever you want also Bosnian coffee which is everywhere and much better
Sound insulation was more or less non-existent as I was able to hear doors closing in the middle of the night. It's just a personal take so maybe it was just me but I had to use earplugs.
The room could have been a bit cleaner I guess, as an overall impression

Blizina Vijećnice i Baščaršije, sam centar grada. Odvojeno od prometnice i osiguran parking. Pohvale gospođi na recepciji, vrlo pristupačna i ljubazna.

Perfect location where you can reach most places on foot but still not too noisy , staff are helpful , they kept my luggage as I arrived too early for check in

Il bagno piccolino non aveva la tenda per la doccia per cui si bagnava tutto.
Una delle due finestre non si poteva aprire perchè la maniglia era rotta.

The host was very nice and helpful, parking was available and safe, rooms are clean and warm water was available at any time. Breakfast was nice, everything was fresh, I specially enjoyed the small "pita"s with yogurt in the morning.
There was nothing I didn't like.

La posizione era perfetta per visitare il centro a piedi e comodissimo il parcheggio incluso.
Avrei voluto più teli per il bagno, la camera un po' più grande e qualche prodotto dolce in più a colazione.
