Era tranquilo y acojedor
Deberían modernizar los baños y cambiar las bañeras de todas las habitaciones por platos de ducha
El buen trato de todo el personal en el hotel. La habitación era cómoda y bien equipada. Repetiremos!
En general nada destacable en el hotel. El sonido de los loros de fondo en el puerto de la cruz es exótico pero como canarios lo sentimos un tanto extraño. El catering y el menú de la piscina podría mejorar.
La piscina, el jardín y que sea solo para adultos.
No tener agua de cortesía y el baño estaba un poco descuidado... El desayuno regular, no hay zumo de naranja natural, la piña era en almíbar... Faltaba producto fresco y de calidad. La verdad es que había estado hace años y estos puntos los recordaba mejor, supongo que habrán hecho recortes...
la ubicación es muy buena, zona tranquila y a 5 minutos del centro (en coche) el desayuno y comida muy buena

The parking needs extra 8 Euro pay per night which we didn't know. For a cattle in the room need an extra pay. Vegan options in the breakfast bufe is nice but the extra vegan from a menu wasn't so good.
Lo que más me gustó fue la piscina, el personal del desayuno y del spa, la limpieza y las camas eran cómodas
Algunas cosas como el sistema de aire acondicionado y la decoración de las habitaciones se han quedado anticuadas, poca iluminación en la habitación
There is nothing to dislike. A plus is the free bus to town. Adequate parking bookable.
