Luxurious Apartment
Pros:

Lovely apartment looking out on to the harbour at Whitby. Could not be in a better position.

Amazing views of Whitby Abbey from a great room
Pros:

Beautifully presented room with a fabulous view, spotlessly clean, great air-conditioning, much appreciated tea and coffee making facilities. Provision of a parking permit was really useful.

We would stay again and recommend to others
Pros:

Wow what a find! Beautiful room, great view, centrally located, lovely and quiet (despite being on street - dbl glazing works well) and the air conditioning was very welcome during heatwave, making for a comfortable and sound sleep. Bed was huge too! Owners and staff were great - good communication, friendly and helpful. They even kindly stored our luggage while we explored area following day. Book it - you will not be disappointed!

Cons:

We would stay again - fab place. Nothing to dislike. Only some minor points to suggest improvements (but did not detract from stay) - bedroom door needs adjusted to close properly, door hinges need some WD40, box of tissues in room would be welcomed, and extended shower screen or curtain needed to prevent overspill of water from shower onto floor.

Wanted to stay another night but fully booked , was so nice & staff very friendly & helpful

Would book again in a heartbeat
Pros:

The apartment is located right on the promenade and offers a fantastic view across the water to the other side of the city. It was very clean and furnished to a high standard; some of the lights are even controlled by motion sensors, which means you shouldn’t stand still for too long—even in the bathroom :) The bed was very comfortable. There are places to have breakfast in the immediate vicinity; the room itself has a coffee maker and a tea kettle, but it’s not set up for self-catering.

Besides my two points of "criticism" I would book it again - you just have to know and decide for yourself it these are okay for you.

Cons:

My only criticism was the scented sticks provided—the bottles were very high-quality, but fragrances tend to give me headaches, so I moved the one from the room out into the hallway to avoid that. Otherwise, a great room and a very pleasant stay.
They offer parking permits - the parking itself are parkingzones along the streets somewhere up the hill, which have been quite full.
