Pros:

Super cómodo para tener que coger un vuelo a primera hora ya que el tráfico en Hanoi es un desastre y no sabes si llegarás a coger el vuelo. Una opción de 10.

Cons:

Que no tenga baño para poder ducharte. Tienes que utilizar los del aeropuerto.

Just the location convenient for early flight to catch

The staff was not friendly, just asking for small favor also can make mocking face..the toilet with no bidet.. it's international airport, should give some thoughts about people that need to do their business in hygienic way.. ridiculous to be struggling with water bottle for the amount of payment that I have made just to secure my booking..small room..and very noisy though..KLIA has offered better.

Not a good value for a money, you can book 2 nights in nearby airport hotels instead. At least you will have a shower .

Perfect en ontzettend lief personeel
Pros:

Locatie! Heerlijk uitgeslapen op reis gegaan. Top! Toilet aan de overkant, 1 minuut lopen. Geen douche. We waren een koffer vergeten en het personeel appte ons hierover. We waren al bij de gate….dus erg lief!!! Net op tijd; want we konden nog terug. Wel duur maar dat weet je als je op het vliegveld slaapt. Wel waard overigens want heeft uitgeslapen op reis

Второй год пользуемся этим отелем - ночуем на пересадке между рейсами . Нам удобно , все устраивает . Персонал дружелюбный , очень чисто и спокойно.

One night stay. 12 hour layover
Pros:

Very handy. Remember you must go through immigration and security so make sure you have a visa. You need a multiple entry one. Very quiet part of the airport. L2. Up to L3 the next morning to check in for my next flight.

Cons:

It's value for money. I can't complain. The walls are a little thin but it beats a floor or chair in the airport.
