We used to love this hotel, but it's quality has declined severely and we will not be back.
Pros:

The location was perfect for our trip.

Cons:

The carpet in the hallway smelled really bad. Our room didn't have a TV remote, and I was asked to come to the front desk to get a replacement, which didn't work either. We were finally given a working remote 5 minutes later. We also only had 2 towels for 3 adult guests. Again, I was asked to come to the front, which I declined at this point, and I asked for the extra towel to be brought to the room. We got 2 towels, but both were stained (washed, but with residual makeup stains). The breakfast was OK, but not a great selection, just the basics. The room was OK, but the carpet looked old and nasty. (I am sure it was cleaned to the best of their ability, but still...) Despite numerous positive stays at that hotel in the past, we decided this was our last one here.

Pros:

Room had a lot of space, bed was comfortable and staff where very friendly and helpful. First room we got didn't have AC but staff switched us rooms for no extra fee.

Good enough for the price.
Pros:

Location and price was good. The facility was average.

Cons:

The resturant was closed and the room was in need of minor repairs. The fire alarm kept going off in the night.

I was happy I was able to book another hotel. The management was good though

Location was rough, we had cockroaches in our room. The room smelled like musty smoke and the floor was damp. The main light in the room was burnt out which made it even darker.

Pros:

Staff was friendly. At check in the girl was new but her coworker was patient with her. Great team work. The gentleman in charge of breakfast was super nice

Cons:

In our room there was a pair of pink lacey underwear from the last guest. We also didn't have hot water. This is essential one to shower but also for other hygiene purposes. We were not informed there was a problem. We had to go to the front desk

The owner is a greedy man who constantly lied did shady bizz ,the hot water went out the 2nd day and they said they would comp me ,they didn't. A colleague basketball team booked 14 rooms no body told them about water until they got to the room, the rooms all had pull out beds and at least two queens, his response was ,the coach had to many people to a room and wanted to charge mo money
