I was happy I was able to book another hotel. The management was good though

Cons:

Location was rough, we had cockroaches in our room. The room smelled like musty smoke and the floor was damp. The main light in the room was burnt out which made it even darker.

Staff was friendly. At check in the girl was new but her coworker was patient with her. Great team work. The gentleman in charge of breakfast was super nice

Cons:

In our room there was a pair of pink lacey underwear from the last guest. We also didn't have hot water. This is essential one to shower but also for other hygiene purposes. We were not informed there was a problem. We had to go to the front desk

The people who work the front desk were great

Cons:

The owner is a greedy man who constantly lied did shady bizz ,the hot water went out the 2nd day and they said they would comp me ,they didn't. A colleague basketball team booked 14 rooms no body told them about water until they got to the room, the rooms all had pull out beds and at least two queens, his response was ,the coach had to many people to a room and wanted to charge mo money

It was terrible!
Pros:

Breakfast was actually pretty good

Cons:

Staff was rude! We were over charged! The place was dirty! Keys didn’t work and had to keep going back and forth to get new ones! Had to walk long distances to get to our rooms! Access to the rooms from parking lot was terrible!

The bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure.

Cons:

The furniture was torn to shreds (see photo). The tv did not work ( no remote). The ice machine did not work. I dragged my luggage upstairs when I saw the elevator safety certificate was two years expired.
