Pros:

Lovely location. Liked the wireless charger in the room. Public rooms decorated very nice

Cons:

Room was really small with a 'step' to be able to walk round the bed. Dressing table unusable due to the step, unable to sit at it.
Sadly quite a small menu and nothing on it I could eat so had to go out in the evenings. There were LED lights round the bed head that looked lovely but kept switching themselves on at random times

Pros:

A wonderful country getatway before heading back to the big bad smoke. So comfortable and quiet - we had space to recover in the quiet with an excellent pub and meals on site!

Cons:

Nothing to dislike!

Disappointing.
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate, not exciting. No hot option. One pot of coffee for two just sufficient for cup each, no top up offered. Room itself was very clean , well furnished with adequate extras.

Cons:

Blind to main road fixed, unable to completely drop. Didn't exactly feel welcomed by the staff/managers/owners, more interested in serving the regulars. Evening meal served and then asked within a few minutes was everything OK before we had even had a chance to start. Subsequently disappeared. At the end of the meal when asking for feedback be prepared to listen. 3 medium rare steaks were in parts blue, one medium steak was most definitely medium rare. We were trying to provide feedback to the chef. He needs to learn the palm and fingers rule. Yes, we do know , both son in laws are chefs.

Very welcoming and comfortable stay, go somewhere else for breakfast .
Pros:

Beautiful location, lovely staff and very comfortable beds

Cons:

Breakfast early as it stops at 9 am, asked to leave at 915 as they were setting up for lunch so we couldn’t finish our coffee!!

Breakfast included was a disappointment
Pros:

The king size bed was comfortable, the room was clean with tea&coffee available we didn't use the shower there was a strong smell of sewage in the bedroom but it was clean with fresh towels.

Cons:

It is advertised as breakfast included which is one of the reasons why we booked there they only give you Continental breakfast and not a cooked breakfast. So we were very disappointed in that so we only had toast as we were waiting to be offered the full cooked breakfast The coffee is nice. I think you should advertise as Continental breakfast included. Not breakfast included as I know we weren't the only ones that were disappointed not having a cooked breakfast!

Pros:

Good pub and food. Staff were friendly. Food was very nice. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Due to the external temperatures, the room was hot. Road noise was a little disturbing.

Weekend get away
Pros:

Friendly welcome, clean and tidy room , large towels!
