Good customer service and nice people, room and hotel were clean and cozy. nice restaurant and breakfast. The thermal suite is good only I would include it as well in the starting price, for at least 1 hour complementary.
Sauna in Leisure was out of order, I would expect they would fix this fast as it's included on the price, which was not cheap.

The hotel is in a great location. Right in middle of town with plenty parking. Hotel very clean and room was quite spacious. Beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly and attentive. Dinner in restaurant was realy good and cooked breakfast was excellent.
