If you book 5 or more rooms this will be classed as a group. The hotel will contact you directly as a deposit schedule will be issued to you to pre pay for your group prior to arrival. A €100.00 deposit per room per night will be requested at check-in for incidental charges for all rooms. Guests using credit cards will have their card pre -authorized for the full amount, and the balance ( if any) will be released upon check-out. Guests paying by debit cards will be charged upfront for the full amount, and the balance (if any) will be reimbursed in cash upon check-out. Please note that all Special requests are subject to availability & additional charges may apply. A damage/noise deposit of €300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. Absolutely beautiful hotel staff so friendly the room was perfect and the extra touches greatly appreciated perfect location brilliant spa couldn't fault anything well done to all and thank ye so much for making one old lady feel special
The location was fabulous, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and bars.we are at the hotel restaurant and the pizza was delicious, this was after a great time at the Leisure centre fir a swim, hot tub and steam bath.

The staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are spotless and well stocked. Checkin was an actual pleasure. The leisure center is great. The whole place is just great.
No complaints
The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared to a high standard and full of flavor. The service was equally impressive, as the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience that I would happily recommend.

No control of thermostat. 80 degree day in Westport and had to go downstairs to talk to staff for them to adjust temperature.
We arrived to a lovely check-in experience with Ionella, and were immediately impressed. The town of Westport is beautiful and this hotel is a lovely place to enjoy it, and explore absolutely stunning surroundings. It's where the mountains meet the sea. People are very friendly and it has a lovely vibe. The hotel reflects this wonderful sense of place too.
We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant, with Daniel being an excellent host. The following night we ate at the hotel too, and were well looked after by Dimitri. Breakfast was superb, with lovely food served by a great team, including John and Edward. Room service, carried out by a from Italy, was brilliant too.
The reception team helped us to get the best from our three days in terms of places to visit. The Harbour, Croagh Patrick and the sea around LeCanvey were some of the many highlights.
We will be back soon!
We loved the Westport Plaza. After spending several nights in B&Bs, it was great to end our trip in a lovely hotel room. The staff were wonderful, the hotel's restaurant, Covey's, was fantastic (plus all their staff). The location was great - close to downtown. And there was parking on-site. Breakfast was super too.
