A €100.00 deposit per room per night will be requested at check-in for incidental charges for all rooms. Guests using credit cards will have their card pre -authorized for the full amount, and the balance ( if any) will be released upon check-out. Guests paying by debit cards will be charged upfront for the full amount, and the balance (if any) will be reimbursed in cash upon check-out. Please note that all Special requests are subject to availability & additional charges may apply. A damage/noise deposit of €300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check -out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property and the absence of noise disturbance complaints related to your stay

The Westport Plaza was the perfect place to end our trip, offering a wonderful hotel stay.
Pros:

We loved the Westport Plaza. After spending several nights in B&Bs, it was great to end our trip in a lovely hotel room. The staff were wonderful, the hotel's restaurant, Covey's, was fantastic (plus all their staff). The location was great - close to downtown. And there was parking on-site. Breakfast was super too.

Westport's gem.
Pros:

We arrived to a lovely check-in experience with Ionella, and were immediately impressed. The town of Westport is beautiful and this hotel is a lovely place to enjoy it, and explore absolutely stunning surroundings. It's where the mountains meet the sea. People are very friendly and it has a lovely vibe. The hotel reflects this wonderful sense of place too.
We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant, with Daniel being an excellent host. The following night we ate at the hotel too, and were well looked after by Dimitri. Breakfast was superb, with lovely food served by a great team, including John and Edward. Room service, carried out by a from Italy, was brilliant too.
The reception team helped us to get the best from our three days in terms of places to visit. The Harbour, Croagh Patrick and the sea around LeCanvey were some of the many highlights.
We will be back soon!

Comfortable stay at a really friendly hotel in the heart of Westport that we would highly recommend
Pros:

Really friendly staff with a central position in Westport and good food

Cons:

It was a bit dated in the room but the bathroom was was really spacious with a bath and shower and the room was very clean

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Ortskern. Es gibt eine kostenlose dazugehörige Tiefgarage, in der wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden haben. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, das.Restaurant bietet gutes Essen zu angemessenen Preisen. Der Barmann zaubert wunderbare Getränke, Das Personal ist insgesamt überaus zuvorkommend.

Disappointing stay—overrun by events and lack of basic service

​I am extremely disappointed with my recent two-night stay at the Westport Plaza Hotel. Despite calling ahead to confirm that parking would be available, we arrived to find a total "free-for-all."
​The hotel had scheduled two weddings on the same nights as our stay, and it was clear that guest parking had been completely sacrificed to accommodate wedding attendees. When we raised the issue, we were told to park in an unsecure lot behind a petrol station a five-minute walk away. For a hotel of this caliber, being forced to leave your vehicle in an unmonitored public area because the hotel overbooked its capacity is unacceptable.
​The issues extended beyond the parking lot. The staff appeared completely overwhelmed by the weddings, and as a result, our room received no housekeeping service during our stay. It felt as though regular paying guests were a secondary priority to the events taking place.
​I would caution anyone booking here during "wedding season" to expect limited facilities and a significant lapse in service.
