Accueil très chaleureux et efficace. Je voyage seule et arriver à Hanoï dans cet hôtel où on p’a tout de suite mise à l’aisé et aidée pour tout ce que je demandais (garder mes bagages car arrivée matinale, renseignementsdivers, organisation de la suite de mon séjour...) a été un vrai plus.
La literie est très confortable et la vue sur le lac Hoan Kiem et les rues environnantes m’a beaucoup plu. Ce n’est peut-être pas pour des gens qui cherchent un endroit très calme mais moi j’ai aimé être confortablement installée tout en étant dans un lieu vivant et animé.

Pros:

Excellent location near the lake and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops and bars too. The staff were amazing went above and beyond and made me feel so welcomed and looked after. The breakfast is buffet style and they will also cook pancakes, omelettes or other extras at no extra charge if you ask. The rooftop bar is nice too with a great view of the lake and surrounding area.
