Very central location
The staff were very helpful, especially Ann. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice available.
The water in the shower was not very hot, but the water from the basin tap was !
Местоположение хорошее. Вид из балкона ок, и наличие самого балкона это плюс. Завтраки нормальные (правда надо идти в соседнее здание). Каждый день уборка и каждый день давали 2 бутылки воды. Удобный вход с умным замком, по коду.Телевизор показывал ЧМ по футболу.
Жёсткий матрас, сейф не работал (он был заперт). Кондиционер дул прямо на кровать без возможности как то его направить в другую сторону. Здание старинное и номера уже убитые. Мало места.
Отель в туристической зоне Старого Ханоя. Завтрак Шведский стол в соседнем филиале отеле (15 метров).

Close to all facilities
Great location
El personal es muy amable, dejamos las maletas allí para ir al crucero de Halong Bay y a la vuelta, nos dejaron darnos una ducha. El desayuno es buffet y estaba bien, quizás faltaría algo de dulce.
Si te toca las habitaciones impares, la ventana da a la calle pero las impares no tienen ventana, da a una pared y no tiene ventilación. Por la noche no se podía descansar bien debido a que había ratas por el techo correteando, es muy desagradable por qué parece que las tienes dentro de la habitación.
Excellent location at the old quarter.
The hotel experience was excellent due to the staff. Alice, Brian and Michael were so helpful. The location of the hotel was great. It's so close to Hoan Kiem Lake which was wonderful to walk around. We were at the hotel on weekend so the roads were closed around the Lake which make it even nicer to walk around. We even got to experience the weekend night market. The room had everything we needed.
The noise. It was noisy on Saturday night from busy street but it couldn't be helped. It is a very busy area. The rest of the nights were fine.

아침식사를 매일 7시에 가서 잘 챙겨먹었습니다. 밥-볶음국수 번갈아서 나오는것 같았는데 둘다 입에 맞게 잘 먹었고.
따로 주문해먹는 쌀국수, 계란요리들도 매일 만족스럽게 먹었습니다.
예약할때 분명히 새벽1시에 도착한다고 하였고 메일도 주고 받았건만
도착하니 현관문이 잠겨있었고, 앞에서 20분정도 전화도 걸고, 노크고 계속하면서 기다렸는데.. 포기하고 노크나 하고있던 그순간에 현관 안에 야간 당직직원이 깊이자다가 깬것처럼 나와서 반갑게 체크인할수있었습니다.
숙소에서 조금 신냄새가 났지만 그것은 아무래도 옷장을 열고 생활했기 때문인것같습니다. 약간은 아쉬워서 씁니다.
선풍기에 먼지가 많이 쌓여있던것도 단점이라 적어둡니다. 이외에 나머지는 다 만족스러웠어요 엘리베이터도 있고,.

La ubicación estaba genial ! Y el staff muy muy amable.
Había una cucaracha en la habitación y tengo que decir que se ve mejor en fotos. Nosotros nos quedamos ahí por el rooftop Pero en realidad no estaba a nuestro alcance tan fácil, son como dos hoteles distintos. El desayuno está en otro edificio como a 3 casas. Supongo que viéndolo en retrospectiva obtienes lo que pagas, pero tal vez valga la pena pagar un poquito más
