Pros:

Perfect location right in the middle of the old quarter.. Short walk to the lake and Train Street. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was good, buffet plus eggs made to order. Staff very helpful and professional. World definitely stay here again

Excellent hotel in Okd Quarter
Pros:

Really helpful, friendly staff on reception. Wide selection at breakfast and really tasty. Excellent location, room was good size and spotlessly clean. Very last minute booking as.the accommodation we had booked was terrible, so glad to arrive at Bella Rosa, where we were made to feel very welcome & everything was just as it should be

Pros:

The hotel staff were amazing and so lovely and helpful. The hotel is small but the bed and pillows were awesome and comfortable. I stayed in 501 with a balcony overlooking a busy street and yet it was nice and sound proof at night.

We had a happy comfortable stay.
Pros:

The staff are very helpful and pleasant. They are always ready to assist which made our stay highly comfortable. The location is convenient, everything is just around the corner plus a few steps away from the lake.

Prime location and a foodie’s paradise
Pros:

Perfect location with easy access to local eateries. The room was spacious and clean. I loved the vintage elevator which is a unique feature and works perfectly. The staff were very supportive and kind. As a first-time visitor to Vietnam, I’m very impressed and happy with my stay. I would definitely come back.

Super personnel et super hôtel !
Pros:

Le service et le personnel était exceptionnel. Toujours souriant et avec des bonnes recommandations ! Je remercie Grace et Nemo pour tous les adresses tout au long du séjour. L’emplacement est idéal vous êtes à proximité du lac.

Pros:

The staff members were all so welcoming and ready to help. Amazing service. Room was really big. It did not have a window but the lady ( sorry forgot her name) we checked in with told us we could move rooms next day but we were ok as were only there for 2 nights. Great location, next to the famous lake and temple/ pagoda in the water.
