Almost a perfect stay.
Pros:

Staff was nice. Breakfast was tasty. WiFi worked well. No electricity cut off.

Cons:

They turned the music on super loud until 4am. That’s the only bad thing about the hotel but it’s one of the most important things as you go to a hotel to sleep, not to listen to music.

« J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L'accueil était chaleureux et professionnel dès mon arrivée. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. Le personnel a été très attentionné et toujours disponible pour répondre à mes besoins. Les installations étaient de grande qualité et l'ambiance était agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toute personne recherchant un séjour confortable et sans souci. Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette belle expérience, j'y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Je n'ai rien de particulier à signaler. Tout s'est très bien déroulé et j'ai été satisfait de mon séjour. »

Pros:

The best place to stay in Cap Haitien! Very friendly service and staff that speak good English. They have a restaurant on site with very reasonable prices and accept credit card. Communication with them can use a bit of improvement as sometimes it takes a while to get answers. They also offer a shuttle to and from the airport but you might have to wait some time on it, in my case about an hour.

The room was comfortable and the air conditioning and wifi both worked well. There were a couple of outages but usually just for a couple minutes at a time.

Beautiful views but you are very far from the city so you cannot go to the city on foot.

Отель располагается на горе, откуда открывается красивый вид на город. Рядом находятся другие виллы и отели, где располагаются туристы. В отеле говорят на английском, принимают кредитные карты. Обращение вежливое и очень дружелюбное. Помогали решать проблемы, сразу спрашивали про организацию трансфера в аэропорт. При отеле есть ресторан, который работает с утра до вечера. В ресторане весьма большой выбор блюд. Сразу хочется отметить, что, конечно, в других условиях, можно было к чему-то придраться, но, учитывая специфику региона, они молодцы, очень стараются.

excellent staff, clean surroundings, restaurant is easily accessible, friendly staff as well
Pros:

Staff is amazing. very friendly, especially Adams and Stephanie. ten out of ten, would definitely recommend!

Cons:

Once at the location it's nice and quiet with a fantastic view, getting there though, not the ideal experience. unpaved roads which are a bit difficult to navigate when it rains. but the view from there really does make it worth it.
