Was hard to found the right entrance

Very clean spacious room and bathroom which had bath and shower. Good spa facilities. Receptionist was very friendly and Walt’s helped us out (I think his name was Faisal). Small play area with bouncy castle and climbing frame/swing right outside our room. Breakfast was okay. Hotel is close to a shopping centre which had a food court (mainly fast food/coffee/ice cream) and it also had a supermarket.
On our last day we were not able to get breakfast properly as there was a huge group of women (500+ there was an event taking place so they were at the hotel too so it was absolutely carnage. Very long wait for the hot station which we had to skip, fruit and pastries all finished)
There was paint work taking place so the children’s pool was not in use. We went in April and the pools were very cold. Kids club is also not available this time of the year.

Breakfast wasn’t much of a choice. If you rang for reception they weren’t as helpful. I was trying to organise a surprise breakfast for my daughter as it was her birthday, they couldn’t do anything for us, they promised we will send some food at the room for 4pm for her, we waited until 4.30 and nothing was delivered. I emailed the hotel so many times regarding adding a child, I didn’t get no response what so ever. I had to pay extra for my child on the day of arrival even though it should have been free as the child was under the age of 6.

Påpekade redan första dagen att barnpoolen var skitig men fick till mig att de ska titta på det, men det hände ingenting. Nästa dag så jag det igen, och då menar de att vattnet är rent men att det kommer in från palmträden runt poolen. Det låg skit i botten och sen flöt det runt döda insekter och flugor typ. Min dotter ville självklart inte bada där då. Sen så var toa platsen i pool området under all kritik, man fick huka sig för buskar och så var det trångt i passagen för att ta sig in, skitiga var de med plus att det inte fanns toapapper. När jag sa det till personalen i pool området så ryckte han på axlarna bara. För mig som vuxen så var det lugnt, men för min 6 åriga dotter så var det inte så tacksamt. Kylen i rummet kyler knappt något. Balkongdörrarna går inte att låsa.
