Mauvaise expérience

Cons:

Le p’tit déjeuner toujours la même chose pas de fruits frais. Le thé traditionnel marocain sans menthe du jamais vu.
Nous avions pris 2 chambres dont 1 suite grande suite et à notre arrivée pas de café dosette de bienvenue nous devions les payer en supplément
Le ménage qui laisse à désirer nous avions une cuillère jetable en bois qui nous a été laissé tout le séjour sans remplacement la chambre n’a jamais été aspirer alors que c’est de la moquette partout les draps n’ont pas été changé en 4 nuits. Ils nous enlever les serviettes de bain au moment du petit déjeuner et en remontant dans la chambre elle n’était toujours pas faite du coup on s’est retrouvé une fois après la douche sans serviette pour se sécher on a appris plus tard que les femmes de chambres les enlève et passe plus tard pour faire la chambre. Super 🤣🤣🤣
Le mobilier est ancien.
Nous avons même vu passer la serpillière sur la moquette des couloirs de l’hôtel du jamais vu.
L’odeur dans le hall de l’hôtel la nuit est insupportable dû au remontée des égouts. La journée on sent moins car est recouverte de senteur parfumée heureusement. 😅
L’accès à la piscine intérieur est payante 250dh par personne soit 25 euros. Bref en tout cas pour le prix qu’on paye nous n’avons pas été satisfaits.

Peut mieux faire , le coiffeur doit changer de métier

L’emplacement pas très loin de l’aéroport

Cons:

L’état des chambre et de la piscine, prise électrique mal fixer au mur, interrupteur qui ne fonctionne pas, la piscine le carrelage se décolle, le coiffeur m’a massacrer c’était un boucher.

Bon hotel de transit en arrivant de l'aéroport

bon petit déjeuner (mais à l'ombre)
grande chambre

Cons:

Le bruit des avions la nuit
le bagagiste n'était pas prêt à nous aider en arrivant. (J'ai du demander 3 fois de l'aide).
la litterie était un peu dure
l'évier de notre salle de bain était cassé

Pros:

Otelin özellikle lobi kısmı büyüleyici. Sanki bir saray girişine benziyor. Odalar çok yeni değil ama Marakeş için çok çok iyi bir otel. Havuzu kahvaltısı ve otelin ortak kullanım alanları etkileyici. Yine burada konaklarız

La piscina muy bien
La habitación correcta

Cons:

No limpiaban el suelo de la habitación
El desayuno es muy industrial y muy poco clásico a lo de Marrakech
Las toallas las repetían
El balcón de la habitación no tenía sillas ni mesas..
no están muy insonorizado
Nuestra habitación daba a la discoteca que tienen al lado y era molesto la verdad
No tienen información acerca de actividades para hacer
Demasiada cola en los desayunos para comer los típicos panes de Marruecos y también para los revueltos de huevos
Encontramos hormigas tanto en el baño como en la habitación

Beware of duplicate charges! My card was charged twice, and despite being told the payment had not gone through, I was forced to pay again in cash. Now the hotel, Grand Mogador Agdal, refuses to refund my money. This is unacceptable. Be careful, keep your receipts, and check your bank statements before staying here.
