Pros:

A hidden gem in Edmonton! The property is both spacious and secluded. Guests can feel at home in their personalized rooms, having the liberty to come and go as they please, while experiencing the luxury of a secured space. The property managers are extremely friendly, noninvasive and do an excellent job of housekeeping and maintenance. This property is located in a highly centralized area, providing the convenience of local transit, convenient shopping and undeniable value for their dollar.

Pros:

Comfortable, nice landlord, and caretaker. Decent location.

Cons:

This property is getting a little bit rundown, and the door lock key barely works. One of the key hardly presses and I frequently messed it up.

Using the kitchen, for as many people that were there it was quiet

Cons:

The temperature was way to hot we didn't even get in the bedding, my laundry wasn't brought up by the load so it was wrinkled by the time I got to fold it.
