Pros:

Using the kitchen, for as many people that were there it was quiet

Cons:

The temperature was way to hot we didn't even get in the bedding, my laundry wasn't brought up by the load so it was wrinkled by the time I got to fold it.

Below my bed ,there was an old kid socks and washroom was not clean.

Very noisy
Pros:

Relativly cheap

Cons:

Staff was using the kitchen and kept banging the microwave door despite the quiet hour sign on the wall. Other guests are walking up and down doing laundry at midnight. Not a pleasant stay.

Noisy, noisy, noisy
Pros:

Cheap….not much else

Cons:

Very noisy, absolutely no sound insulation. Got guys doing dishes at 1:00 am, guys just came in and out of the property, people snoring like lions, better of camping.

Pros:

Near city proper

Cons:

The ads is very confusing, it doesn’t state that you are only renting rooms and shared common areas with other people.

They never tell you as well that they are collecting damage deposit, 200$ per room, but upon arrival, the place looks shabby and lots of damages, walls , washroom sink not draining, main door not working, fans are dusty.

They are even trying to charge me for the room key that was never given
