Pros:

Lo amplio de la habitación es lo mejor

Cons:

Le hace falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones, la regadera del baño principal parecía que se iba a caer sobre ti, por la humedad que invadía, el agua no salía por la regadera sino por los lados, había cucarachas enormes por todos lados, hasta un alacrán. Llovió y el agua goteaba dentro de la sala, cocina, se metió por el comedor. El jacuzzi no estuvo disponible, el agua de la alberca privada estaba extremadamente fría, era imposible que se disfrutará.
El comedor era insuficiente cuando se juntaban los huéspedes, y no había variedad en alimentos, dicen que el restaurant es independiente del hotel 😒
La primera noche ni se podía hacer uso de la alberca externa por un evento, y hasta que llegas te informan.

Velký bazén, prostorný pokoj s terasou a hodně úložného prostoru.

Cons:

Zašedlé povlečení, žádný úklid, během 4 nocí nám nikdo nevynesl ani koš, pro toaletní papír jsme si museli dojít na recepci. Ubytování jsme měli se snídaní, která byla velmi skromná.

Me ha gustado la alberca, el desayuno un poco, bonitas habitaciones y muy cómodas.

Cons:

mejorar el desayuno, en la última habitación que me quede una de las llaves de la regadera se goteaba mucho y los baños como que se tapaban al momento de expulsar el agua.

Spacious and luxury apartments, with amazing swimming pools, and delicious breakfast
Pros:

I love the breakfast, the courtesy of the front desk personnel, the huge heated pool, the additional baby pool, the size of the apartments and the cleaning staff that never fails to clean when needed.

Cons:

The WiFi is very spotty and it varies greatly on the apartment you’re staying. I had to change one apartment 502, to 102 and everything changed for the best.

Cons:

The property is filthy. My bathroom trash can had poop smeared on it. The kitchen sink was full of mold. The sitting area is connected to the bathroom that has a mirror and you can see on the shower. The rooms are outdated. No hand soap provided. Breakfast is disgusting and you have to pay extra to put milk in your coffee. The pool was dirty. The staff is rude and the area of the hotel is in a not so good neighborhood. I spent 1 night out of my 2 night stay. It was worth losing my money.

Pros:

Precio bastante accesible, buena ubicación para mi.
Si lo necesitas solo para llegar a dormir, es buena opción.
Está fuera de Playa del Carmen y cerca de Xcaret.

Cons:

Aire acondicionado poco eficiente, las habitaciones, al menos donde yo me quedé, tiene 2 plantas, el aire de la planta baja es bueno porque es poco espacio. El de la planta alta que es donde está la habitación, es muy grande el espacio y no es muy eficiente el aire que tiene.

Es un hotel muy bonito y a muy buen precio sobre todo, solo pasamos la noche, pero me pareció muy buen hotel, limpio y el personal muy atento. Realmente superó mis espectativas pues había visto malos comentarios por aquí, iba preparada para un posible mal trato pero como solo iba a pasar la noche no me importaba jeje, pero realmente el personal que me atendió fue muy atento y cordial, la habitación grande, limpia y con vista al jardin y alberca.
