The room I got had issues with the AC dripping with water occasionally .

Also most of the room service personnel didn't know English and the regional language .

Good value hotel in central Bangalore
Pros:

The hotel was quite centrally located and easy to reach by car from the train station. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful.

Cons:

The bed quality could be better, and the room is not as big as expected.

Pros:

The plumbing fittings are in real bad shape in 401. The knob that switches from tap to the shower wasn't working...water flow had to be stopped by shutting off the main valve on the wall.

Cons:

Location is good. The mini thali for lunch from room service was good.

Worst stay experience
Pros:

Location was near by except that nothing was good

Cons:

We were not given buckets and when we asked they gave the one used for cleaning which is worst way of treating the customer and the guy in reception was senseless to provide one such bucket to customer very disappointed

Staff entered the room without knocking
Pros:

Facilities.

Cons:

One of the staff entered my room without even knocking. My door was locked from the inside, even though he entered with the master key. That was the most shocking incident. He said it was by mistake.
